Nice apartment, although this was the first time we have stayed in a ground floor apartment.
It was slightly dark, didn't get as much light as the upstairs apartments and noise from the upstairs apartment was very loud at times.
Also the outdoor patio although nice, not very private with people walking past constantly.

Everything we could of wished for awesome propery, kept very clean and attentive hosts. Definatley exceeded expectations.

This apartment was immaculate. Very well appointed with lovely hosts. The only thing I could say that I find frustrating is that when you have a full kitchen and there are no basics such as cooking oils and condiments that you need very little of and the local grocery store is really expensive for these items. Otherwise, it really had everything and we had a wonderful stay.

Have stayed here a few times and always friendly welcoming service, property is always clean and has everything you need right down to the body moisturizer. There is insufficient parking to the number of apartments, so if you are to slow you will have to park on the road which is not ideal. A property of this caliber I would expect my own carpark.

Modern, spacious, well provisioned apartment located a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Hanmer. Very friendly manager and apartment spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

This property is fantastic, beautifully appointed, high quality finishings, warm and cosy and lovely views. This was our second time staying here and would absolutely stay again in the future.

I thought it was nice and comfortable - just not luxurious - and quite expensive for what it was. ( although it was school holidays ) We also had a handicapped room which meant that we did not get a spa bath which would have been quite nice. We were also in a downstairs room which was quite dark and we did have quite a heavy footed family above us .

We had an amazing stay here. The only thing we would have loved was airconditioning or more fans especially at night as keeping the windows open just was not enough. The kids loved watching and feeding the ducks. It was great to have a small track to get into town quickly and easily too.

Lovely apartment and very clean. Central to all Hanmer attractions and welcoming hosts. Only downside was it felt that they were penny pinching a bit e.g. only one sachet of washing powder was provided and further ones had to be purchased at $2 each. One sachet does not go far with a family of 4 for a week.

Beautiful property with a great location that is easily walkable to the village center. The rooms were immaculate and the bathroom/shower was large and had good water pressure and hot water. We'had a two- bedroom and it was perfect fot my friend and me. It was very warm fir New Zealand when we visited so fans were supplied since the property does not have air conditioning. However, by next summer rooms will have A/C. That is good news and we would definitely stay here again especially with the news of the A/C installation. We had a wonderful stay!

The apartment was a great size for our family of four. Clean and well presented, with the added luxury and comfort of a gas fire for the colder seasons. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is noted as a five star, luxury apartment and as such we felt that the WIFI should have been unlimited, in line with other similar accommodation in this day and age, and also given the limited Television/SKY entertainment channels. Just a thought as there are no other ammenities with this apartment complex - such as a pool, gym or anything really.

A home away from home. Second time staying here and won't be the last. Very comfortable and roomy apartment, great for the family. Very modern, clean and a real pleasure to stay in. Would have given full marks but as with my first feedback, I find the beds way too soft
