All staff members were very friendly. The room was very clean. I enjoy very much my stay in this hotel. I will come back, and am very pleased to recommend this hotel to anyone who like a comfortable and quiet place to stay.

We had a spacious double size room, with high wonderfully decorated ceilings. The furniture throughout the hotel is Asian style. Attached is a cafe & bakery which serves nice breakfast and has the best baguette. :-)

We spent three nights at the White Mansion. From the very start staff was very friendly and of great service to us. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped (fridge, Safe, TV, ...) The Kids loved the food and the pool and we adults felt at Home from the start.

A gorgeous old building in a quiet street, an easy walk to the royal palace and lots of good food nearby. The rooms are elegant and the courtyard garden near the pool is a delightfully calm place for a happy hour drink or morning coffee. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing place! It felt like home in the midst of a chaotic and bustling city. The staff was incredible and made us feel so welcome. Would recommend it to anyone and will always choose it again if I ever get a chance to visit Phnom Penh again.

This was an amazing stay with some of the most friendly and helpful staff a hotel could have. I was welcomed every time I entered the main door, was offered help with many little requests, and for me the location was great because I love walking. It was 30-40 minutes from central market (I walk a lot) or about 10 minutes or 2 dollars with local taxi. They helped organize a local taxi (tuk-tuk) for 25 a day, and I used a regular taxi for considerably more, but well worth the freedom as I went solo to Seam Reap with the luxury of freedom.

Nice hotel, big room, good breakfast, shame there wasn’t a bar/restaurant, the cafe was the only place. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Phnom Penh not so nice, hard to get around walking with kids, taxi would rather stay asleep if you didn’t pay twice the local rate. Vietnam or Thailand are by far better countries to visit, only Siem Reap worth visiting in Cambodia, avoid the rest.

The room was clean and has nice designs. Good a/c in room. The staff was friendly and informative. The pool was relaxing and my son enjoyed it. The cafe was good. I wish there was a/c in the lobby and hallway because it was hot.

Thank you to everyone at White Mansion for making my stay great and going out of their way to help me. I had to leave had around 4:30am at the airport and the staff had a packed breakfast ready for me. I will go back again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much from Jonah.

The service is very good. The lobby and swimming pool are beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. The lady is very, very nice and very patient. However, the hotel is an old house and the facilities in the room are a bit old.

I have stayed several hotels in PP and met good staffs with several hotels but the staffs at this hotel seems to be best in my experience. the staffs are excellent and kinder than 5 star hotels. The facilities are wonderful and great for the price. I'd like to thank WHITE MANSION HOTEL and staffs for their wonderful experience. Thank you.

Large, quiet and comfortable room with good shower and amenities. Lovely historic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Small pool but good for a refreshing dip with deck chairs and garden area for relaxing after sightseeing. Good breakfast in the cafe. Overall a restful and calm place to stay in the city.

The boutique hotel was quite lovely with a wonderful cafe that had both traditional and Khmer offerings for breakfast that we enjoyed every morning while we stayed there. Our room was spacious and clean and would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of the embassy district, this hotel is a former US embassy. Large, nicely appointed rooms w/ balconies, quiet, tall ceilings, a very nice breakfast at the attached bakery, and, of course, fine Cambodian hospitality.
