I did a short stay here (in a window room) because it was close to the airport. Location was pretty convenient for getting to/from the airport and was pretty good for going to tourist sites as well. The staff is friendly and speaks English, which is a plus. Note that the place is on the 12th floor of a building, but they have good signage for you to find your way. Downside would be that the sound insulation isn't great - unfortunately my bed was placed right by where the next room's door is in the hallway, so I always heard my neighbors door when they opened / closed it. The first time I was surprised and thought someone opened my door... fortunately though they didn't open the door excessively or really late at night, and there wasn't any other hallway noise.

The counter staff can't even recommend where can we have our breakfast. We have to roam around searching for food. Room is small even though we booked a three bedded room. The toilet is 5 cm above the bedroom floor. Not suitable for old folks. Hardly any shopping around. Situated at old estate. Not worth for the price we paid for. Would not recommend to stay in the hotel.

Great service. Small hotel, but has everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. Stuff was very helpful and friendly.

A very pleasant stay at Urtrip. The location is excellent and it is only 8’ walk from MRT station. Many eateries around the hotel and a Family Mart downstairs. The front desk crew was excellent, they were always ready to help and offerred any assistance with their full heart. The housekeeping was also as good, made the room freshly clean every day. The room I picked is small but is enough for one single person to say without any problem. If it is possible, select the room with window so you know whether you need to bring an umbrella or not.

Good location but be aware that it is a 5-10 min. walk to the nearest station. Walls are quiet thin so that may bother some people who prefer to not hear other hotel guests. Hotel is on a single floor on a building that is next to the cinema building.

The room was small but cosy. The room space was overall sufficient. The staff were very friendly and were able to help with all inquiries. The wall was however quite thin and due to this, late in the night, the sounds of televisions and music from other rooms were sometimes heard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would re-consider coming back in the future.

Amazing customer service. They even do your laundry when you are out. Conveniently located in prime location to shopping and best michelin restaurans. Will definitely book here again

Our stay was for 5 nights. Convenient location near Nanjing Fushing station. Explored the restraunt scene around Nanjing East Road. Staff is very friendly, room is very clean. We did our laundry here without troubling our relatives! Will plan on staying here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it will not be my last time. When I am back in Taipei, this will be my place to stay by choice. Really like the location and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is great and especially the price. From the out side there is no fancy signs or decorations, but as soon as you arrive at the front desk, you can tell this is a great place to call home away from home. I want to thank all the staff for everything and especially for a pleasant place to stay. You all do a great job !

This is a budget hotel. Families, stay away. We reserved a quadruple room for a family of five. Immediately upon entering the room reeked of mildew and felt damp. The quadruple room boasts an elevated wooden platform for extra space, which unfortunately had several nails poking through the floor surface. My son immediately ripped a hole in his shorts while sitting on the floor. This hotel has serious humidity issues. The hall wallpaper and carpet were warped from being wet, and the bathroom shower tile was covered in mildew. So was the ceiling, and the grout around the sink and toilet. Our room flooded the third night. The bathroom floor was covered in water, which leaked into the room and soaked the carpet all the way to the beds and and out into the hall. The room next to ours experienced the same problem. It was evident to all parties that this was a continuing problem. The smell was incredibly bad. We moved rooms, but only after heated and angry negotiations. Room amenities listed on the website include a washer and dryer for each room, but there is ONE washer/dryer combo for the entire hotel with an average 4 hour cycle per load. Be advised, while free with included laundry detergent, it is first come, first serve so do not expect to do much laundry during your stay. Also, there is no iron or ironing board in the rooms. While I did not verify, I suspect there is only one iron and ironing board available at the front desk, so plan accordingly. It was also quite noisy.

The room is spacious. The WiFi is good. The TV channel variety is good. The Bed is OK. Not premium bedding. The room cleanliness can be improved - alot.

The hotel is close to subway station and airport, located in an old building but the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.
