Had an absolutely lovely, relaxing getaway at mahogany hotel. The rooms are spacious, the pool is fantastic, the bed is very very comfortable.
The restaurant/bar at the pool does delicious food and drinks (definitely recommend the shakshouka for breakfast!)
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have left feeling rested and relaxed!
The hotel is a little bit further from attractions and beaches so a car or scooter is recommended but we managed fine with using grab to get around.
The staff truly make this experience top tier, everyone we spoke with was happy, polite and chatty. Taking the time to learn our names and took the best care of us.

not easy access to most places but the ITHON only 3 shop fronts away is great and the chef is a gem

The staff was kind, professional and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also pretty decent. BUT my room was NOT cleaned properly. The bed sheets carried a vwry high odor like it had not been changed after the previous guest. When they eventually changed the linen, the new ones were stained and had silver fish on it!!!!

We liked the hotel. The view from the balcony was excellent with scenic beauty. The food was great.
We did not like the water leakage from the shower head and blockage in the sink in spite of reminding the staff.

So-so.Its clean and new, badly located in the busy highway. If you want to experience the laid back, private smbiance of Bali, this is not the place. Also, super basic. Yhey dontt even provide shampoo and lotion.

The price of this hotel was amazing especially for what you will be getting in return. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. They make you feel so welcome. The room was very clean and so were the rest of the facilities. The shuttle to the beach was free was so helpful and easy to use. We ate at the restaurant multiple times. We ended up going back there a few days after checking out before we were leaving to go home because we loved it so much. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to experience Nusa Dua especially if you are traveling on a strict budget. We happen to be there during an earthquake and felt safe. We went all Bali and this was our favorite hotel by far. Ps. We got the bay view room and breakfast definitely worth the extra few dollars.

Nice hotel and staff, location not great. Clean, neat, new, comfortable, buffet breakfast good. On a busy road with not attractive area.

Got a free upgrade to the family suite. Room had a regular 3-pin plug so no adapter was necessary. Large smart TV had a wide range of channels in various languages and was able to play everything on my USB. Breakfast was satisfactory but wifi was spotty at times. Overall very satisfied.

It is a very simple, clean, and nice hotel in Nusa Dua area. Don’t expect too much as hotel is not in the resort area and fairly far from beaches.
