Wife broke her ankle 2 hours after arriving. We we looking for a place to eat outside the hotel and a bad step causes her ankle to snap. We went back to the hotel, and Shawn (I’m sure I am spelling it wrong) called all the local clinics until he found one that was open and had staff that could help us. He made sure we got to our taxi and when we got to the hospital, they were expecting us. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Shawn and the rest of the staff at 4 Points. Overall, the staff were helpful and friendly. The view from the 29th floor was fantastic.

The staffs are kind but not proficient, the room has a view of someone else's dining room, the room is small, the interior design is old, it's not even that close to Seoul station, and the slippers they provide are very slippery in the bath room.
I won't revisit hotel for sure.

My favorite place to stay in Seoul. Location is super convenient near Seoul Station and many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and meet all of my needs with a smile. A special shout-out to Grace who is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is also excellent and a good deal if pre-booked through hotels.com. The restaurant and cafe themselves are very expensive so I don't use those. I have stayed here on several occasions and will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We loved the location and underground access from the hotel to the subway and train station. This was why we had booked the hotel. The one downfall was that we could hear the trains on the tracks throughout the day and night. We were tired enough to sleep through the noise but it wasn’t pleasant to hear.

Close to Seoul station and subway and decent rooms. Rooms OK, but not much else at the Hotel. The restaurant bar closes early. OK to stay at for a couple of days.

Super easy and direct access to Seoul Station on gate 12. Hotel was excellent, but the rooms were a bit small. Super clean, all the staff was very helpful.

The property location is great as it’s located connected to the metro system. However, for the price the upkeep isn’t that great for example the shower pipe was fixed in a botched method and water leaks out. It isn’t a deal breaker but for the name and price it isn’t well done for the upkeep but location and staff are great!

very convenient location as you can walk from Seoul Station, where airport rail is located. some noise from the train tracks, but decent sound proofing. relatively new facilities and clean. will use again in my next visit.

Breakfast was excellent and staff helpful. Room was very small and poorly arranged - double bed pressed against wall. Sink would not drain. Breakfast excellent and staff friendly. Excellent location for going to train station.

Had a great stay. Friendly staffs and convenient location. Breakfast buffet was not that superb, thought it’s a little pricey. Wished I hadn’t purchased it because there are many places nearby to grab breakfast. My daughter was not happy that she had to eat at the hotel.

I always staying in this hotel when I am business in Seoul. Location is very convenient for me to transfer via subway and KTX. The hotel quality is good but the price I think is too high compared to other same level hotels.

It was a nice hotel.There was an underground connection between The Four points hotel and Seoul station. It really helped especially in rainiy season.

I did not know it was connected from the Seoul station underground. It was very convenient and hotel sent me the directions to message. Checked in was very smooth. No harsh at all. Very friendly,

Great Hotel for visiting Seoul. Convenient for using the train. Great communication from the hotel on how to get from Seoul Station to the hotel. Hotel was clean and supplied ear plugs for sleeping as the rail was right next to rail system, they did the job and I slept great!
