Room on small side but adequate, No windows that can be opened and opaque so unable to see out. But it is all about the location and it's perfect right on the square. Enjoyed stay breakfast good.

Attention to detail is great. Extras and location fabulous.

A very comfortable hotel with modern rooms, free minibar and welcome prosecco/fruit. Staff are really lovely and you couldn't wish for a better location right on the main square. I had a very early train and they even made me a lovely packed lunch as I would miss breakfast which was very kind. Highly recommended!

our room was very small, dark and dingy. Airfreshers plugged in bathroom & room. Not like the photos on your site.

The hotel was amazing and I will definitely stay there again when I next return to Krakow. Ideally placed right in the square close to everything. We had a premium room which had a double jacuzzi bath, 2 separate showers and toilets, so I couldn't fault it. The bed was comfortable and the rooms had air conditioning which was needed due to the warm weather during our visit. The breakfast was freshly cooked and was lovely and there was also a good range of fresh items for breakfast, including prosecco! The staff were all friendly and helpful

Property could not be in a better location as you are looking directly over market square. Airport transfers made arriving/leaving easy Prosecco on arrival and bottle of wine on last day was a nice touch. Soft drinks in fridge also used. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of breakfast options.

perfect location, a bit lower standard than a few years ago, not very welcoming staff, girls at the breakfast area were chatting using vulgar words - not professional, old, used grey towels - time for change guys.

My Husband and I stayed at this Hotel 2 years ago and it was amazing! I mean I literally raved about this hotel to so many people and recommended checking it out! HOWEVER, I decided now my children were grown up I wanted them to experience the level of amazingness we had! We had suites both times - this time we went with a city view and I was to have the sofa bed in the lounge. After a crazy long flight and being exceptionally tired the bed wasn't made and no extra bedding - I thought I'd just take the bedding of off one the 2x single beds which was a double. Anyway we couldn't work the sofa bed so I asked at reception about it and the housekeeping lady was So rude and shouty I could've cried. The receptionist took pity and arranged someone to help! Imagine shouting at your guests! It gets worse! Next day the air con was on and started pouring like actually pouring down wall so used my bathroom towels to soak it up - son went down and reported it and male receptionist sat and said oh it's getting serviced in morning. Awww cool! By morning all towels were soaked and underneath stairs where it had been leaking their was a plug socket - a dual plug socket! It was a shocking level of disregard for clients safety! Next Day after a long day out exploring with kids - came back had dinner - had a shower to which my son knocked on door and said ' mum need to get out shower it's leaking into roombelow ours' reception had called to say that it had started raining! Excellent!

we stayed one night after returning from Zakopane, the hotel is very tastefully restored with a modern twist. Lovely rooms and beautiful breakfast. Perfect location right on the square 5*

Lovely hotel. Great size room that was very comfortable. Some nice touches with free bottles if water and some free soft drinks in mini fridge. Alsi free bittle of wine and a couple of apples. However, we didnt use any of it. Great shower. No view at all through stained glass door which is permenantly locked. No English tv channels. Far to much platic used throughout hotel with no recycling bins anywhere. Plastic soap containers in bathrooms... plastic butter/marj containers in breakfast room and plastic sauce packets. Nowhere to put them to recycle. Needs improvement .... its 2024 and all hotels should be recycling now.
