Satisfactory accommodations but small. A bit difficult to communicate with staff arranging arrival, parking, etc., very limited hours when staff is present to answer any questions.

We stayed for a total of 4 nights and then another 2 nights. Our first stay was flawless, from check in to check out, with the room being really good. For our second stay of 2 nights, the elevator was broken and we were at 5th floor which was not at all comfortable. The person at the reception was kind to help us with our bag. Also for our second visit, the shower was broken with a leak and we could shower with a very slow flow. Because the reception is manned only during 3-8, we could not even complain to them about the shower. Overall it’s a decent place to live, just that because of resource constraints, if you face issues they won’t be resolved quickly.

Great location, great room, very pleasant staff

This was a great property to stay at and convenient to everything. The lighting in the room could be brighter and my card would not work one day (I had a few issues getting ahold of someone to let me in) but the room was perfect with a little kitchen and lots of space to spread out. Very convenient to train and sites. Great spot that I would recommend.

Our neighbours were with al large group, loud music, screaming and shouting all night. The bathroom door could not close.

There was no communication back to me from the hotel for the access code in order to get into the hotel after 1100pm. I waited for over 4.5 hours and finally had no choice but to go get another hotel in the area otherwise I'd freeze to death outside. When I checked in to the other establishment, I finally received a new email from Getaway Studios after 1240 with the access code, but it was already too late!

It is located in a ver centric place. Perhaps there osññis some noise Thursday nights due to the young people having parties but nothing serious. Is it clean, confortable and cozy.

We visited our son in Leuven, and needed a place to say inside the city walking area.

Everything was very clean and nice , and all is available. Service very friendly. Price perfect for 5 persons. The room everything you need is available. Thank you!

Nice location

It was the worse experience ever!!! Don’t stay to this place. It’s dirty, there is no lights, the smell is horrible and the customer service is ruge and unhelpful

Leuven is a wonderful town, full of young people, not far from Brussels. Location of apartment is great! Fully stocked with kitchen - microwave, dishes, refrigerator, all necessities! Clean, safe, even a few secured parking spaces. Really great for travelers! Reception hours are quite limited, but easy to reach by phone. Enjoy Leuven!!

In the heart of Leuven, within steps of restaurants, shops, all the sights. We had a useable kitchen and dining area for a family of 5, all sleeping in the same room. Bathroom was small but functional. Feels like an apartment hotel, with key card access. We used the limited underground parking - but everything was walkable. Not many cars in the city centre so quiet.

Only possible to get one entrance keys (while we were 3 using the place) : meaning we all have to stay together. Zero feed back from host concerning laundry around

Easy to get to from the train station and close to the Center. No drawers to leave clothes and too few electrical outlets.

A very utilitarian, minimalist room. It should have been cleaner. All kinds of dust on the bedside table and under the bed, clearly visible. They only give you one face towel and one bath towel, and were flustered when I asked for an extra pair so I could have a bath mat towel and one for my hair (they gave them to me but first had to make me realize just how special a favor it was). Cleaning was extra. The location is very central and convenient, but the bar across the street was a bit loud at night. No air-conditioning. The entrance to the place is easily missed and not very nice. It's OK for a few nights.

All the amenities including kitchen items were nice. Pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also some stains on the furniture.

A centrally located appartment hotel in the heart of Leuven. The standard is a bit worn, and the cleanliness was not perfect, but the room was comfortable and with the necessary amenities. The city is good for a family getaway with some nice parks nearby.

We had a disappointing stay in Getaway Leuven. The room where not properly cleaned, there was food stuck in the window and it was a broken door handle in the room. They fixed this issues, but their routines are clearly not good enough. Our neighbour room was also poorly cleaned. There was almost no water pressure, so it was difficult to take a shower and to do the dishes.

Great location and good quality for how little you pay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other people

Everything was so well organized and convenient! The fact that we could cook some meals was also a plus.

We were therefore surprised to find that the set up was a single bed with a double sofa bed. I simply can’t understand why this is the case? I cannot imagine that anyone would want a single bed when there is ample space for a double bed. The sofa bed is not particularly comfortable, particularly after a demanding day at Rock Werchter.That said, the apartment is clean, bright and nicely decorated. The bathroom is well equipped as is the apartment in general. There is a fridge, two burner hob and microwave if you want to carry out minor food preparation and cooking.The apartment is perfectly located for the Station (10 minute walk). Grote Markt (5 minutes walk) and Oude Markt (8-10 minute walk). I would recommend Getaway but still don’t understand why there isn’t a double bed?
