What a wonderful friendly hotel. From check-in when the desk spent time sharing excellent suggestions and information to assistance with your bookings , they were always available and helpful. Even offered to help find medication when 1 of us were unwell. Breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked options, beautiful pool and grounds. Lovely balcony to enjoy the evening. A great location for enjoying Hoi An.

The accommodation was good. The swimming pool was a nice touch and location is walkable to most of the city tourist spots. The rooms were surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the street. The breakfast was average.

The room is normal. But the people at the hotel are so nice. I can go to famous places for sightseeing on foot. And lastly the breakfast is very delicious.

Hoi An TNT Villa was great value for money and quiet. Close enough to walk everywhere. Lovely helpful staff and a great breakfast offering. Pool was great and big enough to swim laps. Room was big and had everything in great clean condition. Tv with several english movie channels. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at the T & T Villa in Hoi An. It is a wonderful, tranquil place with a beautiful pool, spacious rooms and with a lovely family ambience. We love it and would stay again as soon as the opportunity presents. The breakfast is delightful and the staff are above excellent and so friendly. Highly recommend!

Loved this property, spacious room, best shower on our stay in Vietnam. The staff were lovely, the pool was cleaned everyday and so inviting. Breakfast was nice and the location was close to everything. Will definitely be back and recommended this place to other travelers who also enjoyed it. Homy old villa feel with.the modern comfort, ideally located beside the old town of the most beautiful.city in Vietnam, Hoi an without the city buzz Most rooms are facing the pool. We saw mostly couples or adult guests during our 3 night stay. Customer service was excellent. They are there to please you in every way. I expected a good stay but we even had better than that. They ave me everything i asked for. I asked for a first floor room all the way in the back and the 2 rooms close by each other. Just be careful there are no elevators but they help you move the luggages. And it is so worth it.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of Hoi An. I would strongly recommend this as it is in the heart of the city. Place is awesome - delicious breakfast and dont forget to eat all the fruits /fresh. I would love to go back to this place. The staff are simply wonderful and very helpful.

Convenient location with easy walk to Hoi An old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Relatively quiet at night. Breakfast was satisfactory. However, the bathroom layout is somewhat strange, and cleanliness could be improved. Sheets were also quite thin. Overall a decent experience if you are looking for a good-value property near Hoi An old town.

Good stay overall. City is charming. Be careful in the bathroom as it’s an open shower/toilet so the floor gets super slick. I wasn’t expecting it and after my spouse showered I went in and fell. Housekeeping started leaving more towels so we could put one down to absorb the water. Don’t let the owners talk when you arrive concern you. She guides you to not trust the local people. Even saying they may put powder in your water and offer it to you. Then possibly steal from you. Excuse yourself from this 10 minute chat and go where you want as far as shopping and eating. We loved every place we ate at and had no problems shopping. Book your own tours. We found good deals by researching. All in all, a very nice stay and a great location! The owners daughter is delightful. She is always at breakfast. Breakfast is so/so. Lots of fruit n veggies and eggs made to order. Fine for me but after going to other hotels and comparing breakfast buffet options, my spouse would prefer more meaty variety. Thank you for a nice stay.

The staff was really great, helpful and smiling (le personnel était vraiment efficace, aidant et souriant). Nice small pool (petite piscine sympa), well located (bien placé). I recommend this hotel (je recommande cet hôtel!)

It was noisy. Water tank or something on rooftop which made a noise all night long.The room gave clean towels and bottled water each day. Cleaning was very limited. Was there 5 nights and floors and table tops were not cleaned. Overall it’s a nice little place in a good location.

The TNT Villa is a nice hotel with a great atmosphere in Hoi An. The staff are nice, the hotel is clean and it's in a great location with a nice pool in the garden.

Staff was amazing . They helped us book tours. Give us tips about local places to shop and eat. And knew our names !

Really loved this hotel. Staff all friendly and nice atmosphere. Swimming pool was good, as was breakfast. Location was great for the historic centre of Hoi An without actually being in the historic centre of Hoi An. The thing I liked the best was the bath in the apartment, it’s been ages since I’ve had a nice bath and this was a great big one. Bed very comfy too. Would stay again if only I was to return one day.

Beautiful stay in the middle of the town. Very Central and close to everything. The hotel was clean, nice and comfy. The bathroom is a little bit to smal and shower, bathtub and toilet are next to each other on a suite room. Breakfast was poor and had very little variety, and the service here wasent that great. The reception was lovely and nice. Hotel has laundry service, which is handy. They charged us more then we gave for laundry, so make sure to agree on beforehand. We discovers this when we had left. All in all, 3 out of 5 stars!
