It is a decent hotel. But our bathroom was not practical, when taking a shower everything became wet. And it took a little while to have hot water. But I have had worse hotels.

The staff were super helpful. Obviously not five-star-but very good value, and I would stay here again .

I missed a few basic things in this hotel. The bathroom had no space near the basin to keep anything, the drainage was poor so the water from the shower would flow into the toilet area and no toilet roll holder - a first for me! I would have expected a safe in the hotel but there was none - not in the rooms nor at the reception to keep the valuables. Overall, a poor 3 star!

Exceptional. This hotel has a class (period). Very neat and clean property, nice and friendly stuff, well decorated rooms. Food in the breakfast doesn't have the most amazing buffet lineup, but it won't leave one hungry, for sure. Lots of options and to top the buffet spread it also has a made to order dosa and omelette counter. Dinner menu pretty nice as well, they don't offer buffet but their made to order menu has tons of varieties and items are tasteful - their chicken tikka and fish tikka from the appetizer menu is a must try. And for vegetarians, crispy corn is a wise choice. From entry menu, their fish delicacy is worth a mention and ofcourse don't forget to try the sweet yogurt. Ohh and the stuffs make the food tastes even better with the splendid care. Aside from food, hotel's room service needs a mention as well. They ensured our room is sparkling clean every morning, and never forgot to refill the bottled water. Front desk is accommodating, ask for something above and beyond - they would do their best. Just stayed one night because of the near location to the airport. There is nothing to complain about, the hotel is well organized, airport shuttle was possible (c.a. 200 Rupees), the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and attentive.

Location is very convenient. People at the check in counter were courteous. Food was good and reasonaly priced.

Got what I expected. Clean, friendly but does not provide airport pick up and drop off complientary considering selling point is closeness to airport. I had to pay extra. But overall great.

They took quite long to help fix the wifi connection. Bed was not comfortable ... seems too old & well used.

Driver took me to Airport was very very rude. One point driver was saying he was doing me favour that he taking me to Airport @ that time of night. I said I paid for that service, he is not taking me free.That's why I was not happy with this service.

The hotel is located at a very nice location close to the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, room and other facilities are really praiseworthy. Hotel staffs were polite and welcoming, there is an issue with early check in at this hotel, please confirm and tak to the management if you need to check in prior to the scheduled check in time. Breakfast buffet is amazing here, though I didn’t try other foods in menu I hope those would be wonderful as well.

The poha was almost burnt, the chutney tasted stale. The daal was over sweet. Room was modern in design and amenities. However, the shower cubicle was very badly designed. The bathroom gets completely wet in a moment since there is no sliding close for shower space.

Small but comfortable room. 24 hour restaurant. Recommend booking airport taxi pickup and drop via hotel since local taxi had difficulty locating the place.

staff were reasonable without being great, room was a little on the small side and the double bed we ordered was a twin bed scenario which staff moved together for us, but with 2 seperate doonas and sheets instead what was ordered,. that was annoying The breakfast buffet was again just reasonable not what I would call good, but the hotel was only 5 to 10 minutes from airport which was convenient
