Nice location in the old town

Great info before stay, lovely location in old city but up a lot of steps!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying right in heart of things

Great location, easy check in, clean

- The place was very damp so we never got comfortable. - Outdated facilities and a lot of things were out of order (e.g. the remote for the air conditioning/ heating unit, one of the air conditioner, etc.) - Probably a lot of hotels/ apartments in Dubrovnik are the same, but so many stairs to climb, and problematic with luggage. (No help was provided) - Didn't realise how little contact/help would be provided. (In Split, we stayed in a similar settings where the owner had the apartments as a secondary source of income, however he met and greet us from where our taxi dropped us off, and carried our luggage and checked us in and out in person.) - on the day of checkout, all electricity and water got cut off about 10 minutes prior to the checkout end time. (Not sure if it's a standard for Dubrovnik, but certainly not a greatest thing to experience - made us feel like rushed out the door as money making has been completed.) - we left our luggage in the hallway (we learnt that there's no secure storage only one we got there) as our bus was in the late afternoon. The front door key was changed and there was no reception obviously and the owner was uncontactable. Luckily after 10-20 minutes of banging the door for help, one of the guests heard us and let us in to collect our bags. We almost missed our bus, and that could have had a huge impact to our plan (we would have missed correcting flights next day, etc.).

The location of this property was great. It was right in the old town but is up a steep flight of stairs. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was only one glass and not many utensils, one knife etc. the pans that were there were not in great shape. The kitchen felt very dirty. The bedroom was a good size but the dresser was broken. The apartment was very unique and it was nice being close to the old town.

Great location inside Old City Dubrovnik! Be advised if your are hauling heavy luggage...you wil get a great workout schlepping up and down many stairs. Comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with mini-frig, microwave, toaster, water kettle, dishes. We would stay again.

Beware that the hotel is up a million stone steps. If you are not up for that i wouldn't select this. The rooms were very dark but clean and nicely renovated.

The rooms were well appointed but shabby. There was peeling plaster, abroken chest of drawers and very noisy air conditioning. People with heart or lung disease or even minor mobility issues should be strongly warned that there are 72 very high avd uneven stone steps leading to the place

Location is convenient, right in Dubrovnik historic old town. Walking distance to old town attractions and restaurants. Easy to check in/check out.

The owner of the property is very accommodating and considerate; I arrived late at night and stores were closed, and she gave me oranges and cookies— very personable. I would recommend this place. The only thing to take note of is the number of steps one needs to climb.

We loved staying within the city walls in Dubrovnik, very convenient to all the sights, food & drinks. Dubravka was very friendly & helpful in getting us someone to take our bags to the taxi stand when we left.Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb to get the apartment. We had 2 large & 2 small suitcases which would have been a challenge to take up if we hadnt run into 3 young Aussies who offered to help us.

Air conditioning broken. They entered into the apartment to fix it whithout our agreement. We hadn’t read their e-mail asking when they could pass to fix it and they decided to just do it and then let us know.

Nice apartment, clean, in the middle of old town Dubrovnik. Quite a few steps to apartment but that’s what you get if you want to stay in the old town. If you want to get a feeling for the old town this is a great place to stay

Clean, great location and easy access to all services, historical sites, and restaurants. Host was accommodating and engaged in ensuring our stay was enjoyable.

The apartment is lovely . The large queen bed is heavenly in a spacious room . Everything is clean and the kitchen area is very comfortable and tastfully decorated .

It was everything we needed , our hostess was delightful, very helpful in every way.

The apartment consists of a kitchen/dining room/living room area, a bedroom and a shower room. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The weather was hot during our visit so the air-conditioning in living room and bedroom was very welcome. The Wifi worked well. The apartment is well located within the pedestrianised Old Town a few minutes walk from the Pile Gate. The only drawback is the steep stairs from the main street up the side street to the door of the building. The nearby Stara Loza restaurant is well worth a visit - get a table on the roof for a spectacular view over the city.

The apartments location is perfect, many restaurants near by and right in the old town. Very convenient transport to beach and airport as well. The room is very clean and cozy, perfect for 2 people.
