The hotel and amenities were excellent. Most of the hotel staff we ran into were friendly. We did have 1 negative experience. Their pool closes at 11 and we were there until around 10:45. By the time we went upstairs and showered, it was 11:10 or so. While blow-drying our hair we got a knock on the door by the front desk person who told us, a little rudely, that we were being too loud. We had to immediately stop and the knock/talking woke up my baby who cried on and off for over an hour while I tried to put him to sleep again. I'm pretty sure we were a lot louder after that and I had a sleepless night worrying about getting more noise complaints if my baby woke up crying in the middle of the night.

Accidentally left our dirty laundry/dirty laundry bag in our room after check out, called to see if we can turn around and pick it up or have them ship it to us, but they said they already threw it in the trash even though it was only 2 hours after our checkout. We’re from out of state so we only stayed the night and were on the road right after we had breakfast at the hotel.

Stay was great. Customer service was fantastic. Bed was a little too firm for me, but that depends on people’s preferences. The shower head was calcified quite a bit, so when you tried to have it on the setting that covered the most area, it felt like it was shooting out a bunch of needles. It just needs to be soaked in distilled vinegar for about 24 hours to remove the calcium buildup. I would recommend the hotel though.

Staff were very kind and checking in and out was quick and easy. Was my very first hotel experience and it was 10/10 for me. The room was very clean and had a good view. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Pool was also very nice to relax in.

There was no hot water for guests rooms. They did give the option to cancel the booking at no cost or 20% off rooms. The service continued to be poor with nonworking fridges, cold "hot" breakfast items, etc. They did make it right with an additional discount.

Terrible. Hotel was aware they wouldn’t have hot water over the weekend and instead of calling prior to check in they waited to tell us upon arrival.

The first night the guests above us were very loud and disturbing. The morning the nose and disturbance seemed to take over the entire hallways above us. Staff moved us to another room only the room was way smaller made it hard with our family

The hotel was nice and clean and looked like it was newly built. The breakfast buffet was in a nice dining area, but that was not kept stocked well enough. Most of the food items were empty at around 7:00am. The night desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the day clerk did not acknowledge us at all when we dropped off the key at the desk.

Nice pool to swim in, good variety for breakfast, clean and comfortable beds and room set up. Only complaint was the nieghbors above making lots unnecessary of noise for an hour in the middle of the night and a barking dog next door to our room for hours on end in the evening.

We liked the room and amenities. We didn’t realize we were booked into an adjoining room situation and the neighbors were a bit loud in the morning. My husband said one of his pillows smelled.

Was just what we needed after a long day.if travel. The tub was a bit slippery but the front desk helped by giving us a mat for the tub. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast was delicious

Arrived mid-afternoon on motorcycles and was greeted with very helpful staff. We had been riding most of the day in extreme heat and by the time we arrived we were exhausted. Front desk staff quickly got us cold water to help us hydrate, got us checked in quickly and even went to search for luggage carts for us to unload out motorcycles.
