Staff was real friendly

They didn't let us know that the pool was closed also the ice machine wasn't working. The staff told us to go to gas station to go purchase a bag of ice. That was not so professional at all. I wanted a refund but they refused to give me one

To be honest, nothing. The stay was horrible.

I'm not one to jump on and do reviews about places but this stay was shockingly bad. I would like to apologize in advance for the length of this, but it is absolutely necessary. The poor experience started from the moment we checked in and began walking to the room the floors were covered in debris that would stay in place through the duration of our stay. The hallways were absolutely foul smelling. From cigarette smoke and obvious drug use leaking from the other rooms, we immediately were taken aback while walking to our room with our 6 year old and 3 week old children. As we walked into our "suite" we had no words. The room smelled awful, the floors and walls were stained along with the kitchen bar and even the cigarette burned blanket we were left with. The entry way lights had 1 of 3 working, the trim was beat up and missing paint as well as peeling off the base of the walls. We went to wash our hands in the bathroom and we got past the loose sitting faucet mounted to the sink however the sink quickly filled with water and barely drained. We were left with the mostly used roll of toilet paper from the previous guest, and had to be cautious when drying our hands as the towel rack was barely holding on to the wall. At that point we began looking closer at the room and found that there was brown sticky liquid running down the walls (which after looking into reviews we saw a previous guest that was lucky enough to stay in room 301 complained about the same sticky substance running down the walls over 3 months ago, and it is STILL there!) We began to question safety after opening the blinds and finding both of the screens were missing and we checked if we could lock the door with the latch, but it was broken off. Even further, after opening the door to inspect, the room has clearly been broken into for one reason or another.

Not much of anything. But, we made the best of a terrible start to our 3 day short vacation.

The establishment was loud throughout each night. And on our 2nd night of our stay we were awoken by the manager tapping with something hard like metal or key's on our door. When my wife set up and responded with a "hello", the manager stated who he was, and then immediately started to apologize. And saying in the way of that he'd gotten the wrong room. There's more, but I'm too exhausted to go into detail on this one.Thank God we made it home safely!

Completely remodeled room, clean and comfortable. Brilliantly done!

New clean shower curtain, functional TV, there were microwave and iron in the room, spacious room.

It's a pet friendly hotel but also too many guests with pets, to the point of nuisance.

They should have more options for breakfast.

Next room be to noise had 4 am weak up us.

For two days I couldn't get back into my room.

Location.

Dirty, moss covered shower curtain. TV did not work. No iron board or iron. No microwave oven in the room until I asked for one.

The bed was so comfortable and the staff was genuine.

Nothing.

The beds feel like lying on a box spring without a mattress. What is the point of a full kitchen without anything in the kitchen. Shower head sprayed water like an out of control sprinkler, and the fan made a loud noise that slowly dissipated to an operable hum that warned of a motor burning up. I told the manager that was room 206.

Nothing the staff was rude inconsiderate stole my money and refused to help

No continental breakfast was offered in spite of their advertisement

My husband and I have traveled for many years and stayed in many hotels and motels all over USA. But we have never found a cockroach in the room . Unfortunately that was the case in this place.

false advertising, say have kitchen fridge and stove must be dated from last century no pots or pans no crockery no utensils no cutlery how can someone use a kitchen with nothing there we were 2 elderly people coming from abroad, we had to throw food away and buy food from.an expensive restaurant

the room we were checked into, toilet had a washcloth in the tank and no water…so was not functioning. NOISY! people up talking loudly all hours. no one attending front desk…had to go find them in the laundry area that was not marked on the door 2 times

The motel was great. Good value. The location was very good for us. We were only there for one night passing through so just needed a clean place to sleep. The room was spacious, comfortable beds and everything we needed. There was a kitchenette but no pots or pans or utensils so we didn't have a way to use it but the fridge was big and so great for storing our cold items. All was good with the room

So since they advertise on line that breakfast is included, we planned for that. Well we get there and find out no breakfast because the breakfast room is being remodeled. Okay--I can understand that but then that needs to be conveyed when booking on line so we plan that way or the least what they could have done was provided some packaged muffin or pastries and or some fruit--just something to compensate. I found it interesting that the sign on the breakfast door had a detailed list of all the yummy items they have at their breakfast but at the bottom of the printed paper it says breakfast room closed for remodeling. I couldn't quite see the reason for listing all these delicious sounding items that we are not going to get. I don't know how long that has been like that but should communicate that especially since we could have brought somethings for breakfast to have in the kitchenette in our room. So the room was really super great just make sure you check on the breakfast if you are planning on it.
