Nice and clean. Well equipped gym. Great food nearby at block M

Ordered room service at 7.30pm had to call twice to follow up before arrive at 11.30pm. Terrible didnt offer any compensation for the waiting.

This is my personal experience based on the business trip schedule in South Jakarta. 1. Location My business meeting was mainly in South Jakarta and Central Jakarta. The hotel location was pretty good for business trippers. Taxi drivers, or Blue Bird drivers, can easily find the hotel and it is very easy to visit many major places in Central Jakarta and South Jakarta. However, this hotel is located on the main street and it is not that quiet at late night. It was not that serious issue, but you had better be careful if you are sensitive for the noise at night. 2. Service The service is perfect and I was deeply satisfied with their service. -House cleaning: the maids well trained and they know how to clean. -Room service: I ordered two room services for dinners: the Steak for one day and the Cung Pao Chicken, and the Pasta for the other day. The recipes were so perfectly cooked that I could enjoy the meals at home. -Security: all vehicles should be checked at the main gate for 24 hours and all belongings should be checked at the main entrance by the securities.

Comfortable hotel at reasonabke rate. Opposite Pasaraya shopping mall known for it's great local food court at the basement and traditional handicrafts. Perfect central location for business travellers and also ample gym equipment. Not too suitable for family as there isn't much to offer kids.

Hotel is located outside the city Center make sure get a room at the back of the hotel as it is located on a main road can be noisy . The facilities are good pool adequate gym local shopping Center Blok M has great local food taxi are on stand by the bed is comfortable and the pillows are great good cable channels . Breakfast is local food mainly you can get eggs omelettes toast tasty friend rice. Staff are great I was in a room the was noisy traffic and other guests were loud at night I told the staff in the middle of the night the upgraded my room place in a very quite room . The rates are good for the hotel the main shoppings are not too far away either if you leave early .

A nice hotel with excellent staff. A couple of minutes walk to block M shopping mall and the buses to the city centre and the north. Only slight gripe was the breakfast which was very extensive but extremely Asian...( it is Asia!) but a little muesli and normal tea would have been welcome.

I was given a room in the very end of the floor, so it was nice and quiet. The internet in the room was slow at first, so I told the manager (lady, sorry forgot her name!) about it. The next day, the internet had improved, so I guess she took care of it! Other staffs were nice and polite too. It would be nice if the pool was bigger, but I guess that is too much to ask. Would use the hotel again next time in Jakarta!

Stayed here for a couple of school reunions with friends living in South Jakarta. Easy in/out to the ring road.

Location is good. Close to the mall. Price is reasonable. Would stay here agin when coming to Jakarta.

Hotel was full and got a room in the smoking floor. Being a non-smoker it was an uncomfortable thought but I must say the room wasn't smelling of smoke thanks to the air freshener and air cleaner. Staff was helpful to ensure that. Room otherwise was up too expectation though some parts of the bathroom is showing some age. Food and shopping choices in the local area is not great but acceptable. I think it's value for money and I'll come back to stay especially for business.

Wine is too expensive and dinner has limited options. It a pity the bars dont have more choice.

New but mediocre hotel. Room was basic. Air conditioning was poor. Hot water almost non-existent. Breakfast was very poor. Room service okay.

I enjoyed to stay here, the staffs are very nice. The food is good. The only issues, the bathroom size is bigger. It took more space for the bedroom. The side road in front of hotel is difficult to walk.
