Rooms were clean and modern. Very good air conditioning to address the unusual heat wave. Location was perfect for walking to Wawel Castle and the Jewish quarter. Tram literally 1/2 block away.

This hotel is located close to tram station. Just walkable distance. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable. Just opposite to a museum. There are two banks and money exchange available a block away.
Reception staff was helpful and a smiling person. Staff provided sightseeing information.
There is an elevator. Easy access. Rooms are big and spacy. There is a television and we can view local channels. Big and spacy bathroom. No shower. There is a bathtub and washing machine. Bathtub is slightly higher than normal. We requested a ladder. Ladder was provided immediately.
There is no restaurant at this hotel. Fixed breakfast menu and package was sent to our room at our desired time. Breakfast was ok.
There are good restaurants within walking distance. Quite neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel could use an update in regards to usb ports, there were none, the bath tub was extremely difficult to get in and out of, could use a grab bar. Tv channels were poor, unable to stream anything on the tv. The staff were very helpful.

The apartment was clean and large for a studio. It had everything you needed and more. The staff were friendly and polite. It was in a great location to the old town and the Jewish quarter. There was bars restaurants and grocery stores all in a few minutes. Will definitely recommend and return when in krakow.

The staff is young, speaks good English and is very helpful. The apartment is modern, with a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. Quiet location. Tram in front. It is very central, close to the old Jewish quarter, a few steps from the castle, and a few minutes walk from the more touristy city center. My apartment had a balcony, but it was small, and I would have appreciated a sofa. However, I wouldn't say I liked the breakfast, which came in a lunchbox, and the selection didn't suit what I liked. I will choose this place without hesitation if I have to return one day.

Are stay at Stradonia Apartments was excellent from our arrival to departure. The staff could do no more for you, whatever you needed they would be willing to help. Our apartment was spacious very clean had all you needed.
The breakfast delivered to your room were perfect.

5 stars, all the way. Where to begin?
The location is excellent, just steps from Wawel Castle, Royal Mile, and all the other hot spots.
The facility - we (a family of 4) stayed in apartments 9&10 (as one apartment) and it was the best hotel we ever stayed in. Clean, safe, spacious, functional, and comfortable. The setup was 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with kitchen, living room, etc. Really fabulous. Plus they have a community lounge with coffee and water you can you to plan your day, which is very helpful.
The staff - could not be more accommodating. We ordered typical Polish groceries ahead of time, and they were perfect. The staff arranged a car service to pick us up at the airport, helped us find some special liqueurs, helped book trips to Auschwitz & the Saltmine, and so much more. The best we encountered, ever.
Do not even hesitate to book, this place is the place to stay in Krakow

Fabulous apartment in a great location between the old town square and Jewish quarter - 10 min walk in either direction -perfect!
Very clean, breakfast delivered on time and reception staff all very helpful and polite. Would recommend to stay here.
Only negative was that we booked a two bedroom which was advertised as having 2 bathrooms also. We only had the one, so this was a little disappointing.

We had a fabulous stay; apartment is perfectly located and the room was more than we could have asked for. Communication from the team there is clear and they go out of their way to be helpful and available. We would probably do without breakfast the next time as there are plenty of places nearby with nice breakfast options. Highly, highly recommended.

Amazing apartment, one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was available, dishwasher (tablets in cupboard) washing machine, tumble dryer, plates, cutlery, cleaning materials. Super comfy bed and great wifi

Our stay here has convinced me that a serviced apartment like this one is 100% the way to go over a hotel. Not only did we get a TON of space in our room for about the same price as a typical hotel room (entry way, half bathroom, living area, kitchen, balcony, full bedroom, and attached full bath), we also had amenity options (water, coffee, teas) both inside our room and in a common area on the property and a superb location. The staff were really welcoming and communicative (they proactively checked with us before check-in to see if we'd be bringing a car since it was going to be busy for New Year's). This property in particular is also the perfect location for exploring the popular areas of the city (Wawel, the Rynek, and Kazimierz). We will absolutely stay here again when we return.

Fantastic location, wonderful views from our apartment, which was super spacious and really well kept. We visited for my boyfriend's birthday and the staff had decorated the room in advance of our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and we will certainly stay again when we visit Krakow in 2021

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Spotlessly clean and in an ideal location a 10/15 minute walk from the main square and the Kazimierz District. A 5 minute walk to Wawel Castle and the river also. Staff at the apartments were very friendly and happy to help. We would definitely recommend and would stay at these apartments again.

Beautiful appartments in a great location .. fab little coffee shop 2 doors along selling great morning pastries .. Small supermarket across the street also ..staff were super helpful which made this a lovely trip .. If I was to make any suggestion it would have been a mirror in the room .. my daughter and I struggled to dry our hair without one .. there is a dryer in the bathroom but not very powerful .. beautiful hall mirror ( but no socket near it !!) .. the appartments are so central to all that’s going on .. didn’t know however that some high street stores would be closed on a Sunday ( no Zara jumper for me then ) was a little surprised by this .. all cafes etc fully open .. like any city Sunday was very busy on the streets .. felt however super safe and the people were so friendly ..
