Hotel is a complete bust. (1) Monday - Saturday there is 24 hours worth of construction right next door. (2) Internet sucks, at least in the room that I was in. (3) No hot water in the showers. I was in two different rooms, and no hot water in either. Sinks have scalding hot water though. (4) Room key did not work no less than 6-9 times in the days I was there. (5) Breakfast was mediocre, at best.

Staff either lazy or not trained correctly. Housekeeping was of a low standard, breakfast staff were totally indifferent and front desk employees frankly incompetent.

Nice enough staff. Roof top bar facing the city and river. Great pool area, Nice small gym with a view on the top floor. The common areas are clean but the Rooms on our floor was NOT clean. They don’t use vaccumcleaners When cleaning so they try to sweep the floors towards the door resulting in everything ending up in the entrance hallway and bathroom... Hairs from previous guests, crumbles and even dirty shoeprints. The bathroom floor was wet and dirty when We arrived. Good and diverse breakfast in a Nice area but they don’t inform that you can order eggs and omelettes from the Nice breakfast staff so don’t miss that. Easy to catch a tuktuk Right outside, about 2$ to get to the city centre. Nice view from the rooms.

Really good hotel in the centre of PP, very good service.

We had an overnight stay here. Hotel itself was nice, in a good location with spacious and clean rooms. Unfortunately there is currently a construction site next to the hotel which during our stay was very loud. The hotel had left a note of apology in the room stating that the work stops between 7pm and 7am so not the best if you like to sleep in or relax in the afternoon. Not sure when it's due to finish but when we were there they were still working to demolish the previously existing building on the lot.

Great accessibility to various restaurants coupled with excellent service extended by the staff. Bella is one of the staffs who deserved mentioning here. She was very helpful and courteous in her dealing with us.

Great hotel, good location. Wonderful staff and welcome. Very comfortable quiet rooms. Loved the pool area and the sky bar (very reasonably priced). Would reccomend.

Beautiful hotel they gave me a free upgrade when they could that I didn't even ask for. It's in a great location as well. My only complaint is it seems the internet connections a bit spotty.

The hotel is quite acceptable but the breakfast became boring. Around and about the eating and drinking places were not wonderful but this is a comment on Phnom Pehn not the hotel.

The signal was weak in my room. In other places it got better.

An excellent hotel providing all the comforts close to all amenities. The staff spoke good to very good English and were always polite, courteous, professional, helpful and friendly.
