Friendly receptionist. Food court for dinner just opposite. Very good zichar stall Lala Seng serve delicious clams and cheese beehoon. Nearby coffeeshops for breakfast to the right side of hotel. About 15 minutes walk to Jonker street and 5 minutes to Malacca river.

Property was well kept and clean, including the room.
The room toilet should have a curtain / shower screen to reduce wetting the wc bowl and seat.

Hotel location is near to China Town. Opposite of the hotel is a foodcourt.We slept well for the night, we will come back again.

The rooms is okay, its clean but only put 1 pillow per person. I had to ask for extra pillow.

It's a newish hotel only about 3 years old so the facilities are still in good condition Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to assist with various requests with efficiency and courtesy. Will definitely re-book this hotel if I visit Malacca next time

Stayed at the Aurora hotel twice. Breakfast service is a little pore. But overall Good value for money.

The shower is exceptionally strong and good. Come back to the hotel and enjoy the powerful shower which will take your stress away.
There is a strong moudy smell every time I enter. I Guess that’s becos there is no windows in the room. Overall a good stay. Not v near to jonker, but if u prefer a quiet stay away from the crowd, that’s the place for u. Quite a few eateries a stone throw away which is convenient.

We just wanted a place for us to have a good rest and convenient in terms of its distance to the places that we wanted to visit - and that is the Malacca Town itself!! The room was clean and cozy. However, the breakfast was out of service thus thats the only disappointment - we had to get our own bfast.

Great location, located nearby city, but unfortunately there is no halal food provided for Muslim, Our package basically included breakfast, but unfortunately they just assigned us to

I hope the wifi password will be told at the reception during the check in rather than the customer have to call them to get it after checked in. Overall our stay in this hotel is satisfying. Thank you very much.

Nice hotel, clean and easy check in. Room was clean and simple. Overall had a pleasant stay. They do provide breakfast consist of local delicacies, coffee and tea. No mini bar in the room.

Good hotel. Very clean. Mattresses were firm. Only grouse is that doors do not keep out noise from the corridor. Can clearly hear people walking past and voices of kids running along. Maybe seals on the doors and thicker carpets along the corridor to muffle and to absorb some of the noise.
Breakfast was very simple.

Restaurants and shops walking distance. Parking easy and free. Drivng in and out of hotel carpark easy and fast, without obstruction anytime of the day. Bonus is the complementary breakfast.
No facilities such as gym or swimming pool.
Price reasonable for room with king size bed with windows.Building and room looks new and clean.

Overall for the hotel is not bad. Everything look new and clean, Wifi strong, toilet clean. But the car park space is quite narrow as there are cars double park behind your car. My car was being dents by the car beside. Disappointed on these.. And wondering what is garden and roof terrance stated inside the website as I can't found in this hotel at all.
