Overall good. The shower power pressure was weak.

Getting off of I-80 to the hotel was like a loop to loop. Other than that the hotel was nice and gave us a great dinner option.

Everyone was friendly and helpful except the lady taking care of the breakfast area. We stayed here one other time and she has apparently been here for a while. She acts like she really doesn’t want to be there. And the breakfast area is supposed to close at 9:30 she starts shutting it Down at 9:15 and the doors are shut and she is gone at 9:30.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly. We were disappointed that the pool was not open. The children with us were looking forward to swimming.

I liked that there was a Walmart withing walking distance and several great dining options nearby.
I was not pkeased with the older female staff member who followed my 12 and 13-year-olds around, speaking to them like they were 5. The needs of other guests went unnoticed while she was following my children.

I was not fond of the older female staff member who followed my 12 and 13-year-olds around as they served themselves breakfast. It's one thing to make sure they didn’t need anything, but she stood their watching them the entire time they made their pancakes, dished fruit, and chose pastries. It seems that her time would have been better spend helping the elderly woman trying to maneuver her walker while balancing coffee and her breakfast than stalking 2 children like they were going to steal something and then speaking to them like they were 5 instead of teenagers.

1 night family Omaha zoo trip. 3 rooms for family. Everyone enjoyed their rooms. Good size, very clean and new looking. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn Express but what was especially good was person replenishing food area. She did great job of service. Plenty of food available.

Very clean room and towels, good mattress and pillows. Only one problem was the bathroom door wont lock.

Hotel was perfect for our needs.
There was an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Didn’t get to use it, but it sure looked nice.

Check in & out was quick & easy.
One thing I would change…. The tv defaulted to a volume of 98 when you first turned it on. Could have been operator error, but EVERY time we turned it on, you had to hold the volume down button - the mute button wouldnt shut that down.
All in all, a fabulous hotel. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfy. Blackout curtains were AWESOME! Want those for my house!

Everything was great. My only complaint would be the shower. Couldn’t get good pressure/spray and the temp kept changing from hot to cold.

Our room was clean and larger than normal since we were given a handicapped room. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a disappointment and even though there was still an hour left the food had bot been refilled.

Nice updated holiday express. Breakfast was very average . Pancake machine wasn’t working as per usual. All the Holiday inn pancake machines are nonfunctional. Every single one. Nonexistent assortment of muffins. Eggs inedible

Staff was awsome. Rooms were nice. Looks like some stuff is renoed and some isn't. Like new beds, tv, and lighting but old windows and shower.

The property is clean and well maintained. The room is spacious and inviting. The workout room is nice and cool and the equipment is also well maintained. The breakfast spread was decent; the bananas were browning, but everything else was orderly and looked good. The hotel is in a good location close to the interstate with a Walmart & Sam's Club nearby.
