nice well equipped rooms, spacious and clean! I loved that the rooms had full size microwaves and dishwashers as well as nice kitchenware to use. the staff were so friendly and accommodating, just amazing.. from front desk to housekeeping! I’ll definitely stay again and for much longer this time

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The shower was unusable. We only got a trickle of water and all the staff would say was “thanks for letting them know”. Seems that I should have a working for $200 a night. I was also surprised by a $50 fee for my dog. We were not charged a fee the last time we stayed (Dec 2021), nor was the fee mentioned on the booking.com

Hotel appeared clean, was easy to get to. The staff was extremely friendly and made check-in and check out very simple. We were allowed to check in a few minutes early which was nice.

I think because we checked in right after our room was cleaned it smell STRONGLY of bleach. Which is good that they clean with bleach, but it was pretty difficult to tolerate for a while. We ended up turning up the AC and leaving for a little while. The other issue I had was that our room was advertised as a King Suite with Hide-a-Bed but the bed was not a king-sized bed, I would guess it was a queen or a full. This was not a huge deal because my husband and I are used to sleeping in a smaller bed, but if you are not, then I would call the property and verify that the bed you're getting is in-fact a king.

There was a problem with our room that the staff couldn't correct that night. The hotel was booked for the evening, and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our stay was discounted due to the issue. The room had some water damage, that is the only portion that was dirty enough for me to comment on. We would absolutely stay there again even with the inconvenience we had. All due to the respect and helpfulness of the night receptionist.

the room was stocked well with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. was impressed by 2 of the 4 staff members I encountered. nice smoking area. outdoor seating with fire pit was very enjoyable. fitness room was nice. breakfast selection was good.

key-card system was down and staff had to take us to our room each time we needed to go back in. staff were rude about the situation. other guests smoking marijuana on our floor so strong we could smell it in our room and staff shrugged it off. pool wasn’t enjoyable, the water wasn’t super clean/clear and it was so chlorinated our hair was damaged and our eyes burned for days after swimming. when confronted about problems with our stay, the lady at the front desk said “sorry about that, we can’t help you”. nothing was offered to make it right. my family overheard employees arguing about how it was “bs” that they had to take everyone to their rooms…with no regard for us sitting right there.

The pool was fantastic!

Early check in was perfect and staff was great to work with. Room was very nice overall and very comfortable! Great free breakfast choices too!

Ice machines on our floor didnt work. Room heater worked, but the wall AC control showed an error. Glad the weather was cool for our stay.

Great breakfast, great location. Was happy there was a hot tub and open late. Rooms are nice and big.

There were a few things broken in the room like a lamp and whatnot. Nothing terrible but just noticable. Parking lot had a lot of cracks/pot holes in it.
