Incredible staff. Convenient location for city center of Seoul. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Seoul. Location was great and we were able to walk around Lotte Department store, Myeongdong street market, Gyeongbokgung and the Cheonggyecheon stream. Love how close it is to Cheonggyecheon

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's in an amazing location, just a short walk to the Mengdong Markets and easy to explore the area on foot. The rooms were nice, though a bit dated. The hotel staff were super friendly and made my stay very pleasant.

Street noise was too much until 2 am. I was in 16th floor

The property is a genuine 4 star hotel, unlike some others that are rated 4 stars but feel more like a 3 star. It is extremely convenient to public transportation, shopping, dining, airport limousine bus service from ICN Airport, etc.

I had a great experience at this branch of Lotte City Hotels in Seoul. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Huge thank you to the reception staff in the lobby for making our check in and out seamless, and for being kind enough to let us check out a little later. The cleaning crew went above and beyond and always asked us if we needed anything and we felt very comfortable - this place falls in my top 5 of best hotels to stay at around the places I have travelled across the globe. Thank you to the young door man who helped us with our t money climate card and cash conversions and best places to explore on our first day. And also Kim who was able to help us order a minivan for all of the shopping we did to take us to the station before our flight to Tokyo. Thank you again and we’ll be sure to come back and stay here next time we come to South Korea

The staff were so nice and accommodating. We received a free two hour late check out, a discount at the buffet upstairs (with sushi, affogatos and wonderful dessert) and the walkability to night markets and shopping was wonderful. Great stay!

Property was decent and clean, conveniently located near Myeongdong and the Eujiro 3 station. Overall room wise and facilities are very basic. Ok if you are looking simply for a decent hotel to sleep in.

This hotel was super conveniently located. There is a laundry service and an ATM, and the concierge was very helpful.

The staff is helpful when we asked for directions or help to get taxi to airport.

Very clean and central to all things a tourist would require.

The best thing about the property is its location and proximity to public transportation. You can reach many parts of Seoul from it.

We requested for 3 rooms to be adjoining or close to each other as we are a family. This was apparently not done. The beds do not have side desks on each side of the bed. we cannot put our phones or spectacles or etc.

It was close to everything. It was 7 minutes from the market.

Location superb. Only short walk to Myeongdong night market or to City Hall area / palaces. Airport Bus 6015 stop right around the street corner. 24hr convenience store in same building. Will come again when visiting Seoul

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Lotte City for four nights during summer vacation, and my experience was comfortable and convenient. Location: The hotel's location is excellent. It is within walking distance of the vibrant Myeongdong shopping and dining area, making it incredibly convenient for exploring one of Seoul's most popular districts. Additionally, it's very close to the subway station, allowing for easy access to other parts of the city. There are always Taxis waiting at the hotel too. Convenience: There is a 7-Eleven store located within the hotel, and Cafe, ATM machine, gym and laundry room in the building.

Easy access to transport and shops. There was also a laundry which was inside the hotel which was super convenient as well as a gymnasium. There was a 7 eleven on the ground floor next door and cafe and restaurant inside the hotel too. Checking in and out was very quick and markets and ahopping are walking diatance. Just outside there was a lovely stream too.

Returned to Lotte to be close to Myeongdong Market. Breakfast buffet was very good quality and service staff attentive. Rooms were typical size and complimentary water bottle is a small gesture but definitely welcomed. Hotel was close to subways and buslines.

There were few amenities and the bathroom and water area smelled bad.

Facility is outdated but convenient

Lovely property just outside of the busy streets of Myeongdong but close enough to enjoy. Would have liked more coffee options. There was no sugar or cream and the bagged coffee was weak. Otherwise it was a perfect visit!

I liked the location. The facilities were good.

For a solo traveller this is a good place to stay. Train station just 2 mins walk. 15 mins walk to main shopping street. Room was a little small but it’s ok for 1 person. Bathroom is ok not great but acceptable. There is also a laundry on the 3rd floor. Convenience stores are just next to the hotel. Airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel. For the price you pay I would stay here again
