Great hotel near the park mall lots of restaurants… not so far in the airport also

Some items as basic as ref, microwave and flat iron, are made available only upon request and at additional cost to guests.

The hotel is so so, shower water is to low but the bed looks clean, the stuff we're nice.

Surprisingly nice, almost a boutique hotel. Solid three stars bordering on four. No gym but there’s one 50 meters down the road where you can work out for $2 a day.

The staffs are excellent! The hotel price for budgeted longer stay is reasonable. There is hot water and the AC works good. The room is clean. The bathroom needs some work like the sink, it has stains and rust. The amenities is lacking. Like there's no fridge, safe, hair dryer and iron. The breakfast is almost the same thing the whole week, and I stayed for 3 weeka. But it's a complimentary bfast so that's good. I just wish they could change their menu. Speaking of menu, the restaurant doesn't have much of a choice either. The chef needs to up his cooking as well cause it's not something that would make me want to eat again. There's buffet lunch, not much on the buffet but it is reasonably priced. The location is great. There's a mall on the opposite side of the street. Albeit as small one, it still has grocery, clothes, pharmacy and lots of restaurant! Beside the hotel, there are bars and karaoke. So you don't need to take a car. And one more thing that bothered me so much though, there is no sound proofing in the room so if you're a light sleeper like me, those loud guests, with no care at all that it's late at night or midnight, will wake you up and keep you up. Also, at one time, I thought there was a bear snoring so loud beside me cause my next door guests was snoring so loud that it echoes around my room. But, there is also safety. There is CCTV in the hallways and elevator. The free wifi is working fine, slow but fine.

Property presented well in foyer and reception areas. Room OK and clean - but bathroom starting to show its age (e.g. rust on taps) - would benefit from a makeover. No shelf space in bathroom to store toiletries and no power outlets. Room lacked a safe and a fridge; noisy aircon and we just could not work out TV controls.Good location

Staff were kind, bfast though limited was fine, room was clean though shower head could be better (shower to slow water flow); roomy room but no house slippers for deluxe... overall- 👍

I hope there was a fridge in the room. I can buy some cold drinks and enjoy at late night.

The business suite was great. It was big and spacious.

The Hotel Room was very clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Free full breakfast buffet. 24hrs bars service.

They should at least put an extra toilet paper, extra towel in case one gets wet. Simply plain room.No free coffee in the room. I always like to make coffee before going out. Breakfast is good.

Good location next to Parkmall and nearby the development for Mandani Bay! Nice hotel with a restaurant with reasonable prices! Friendly staff. But the WiFi was not working during our stay, so they need to improve some important details. All over a good stay!

everything was so fine until the final day when i checked out noticing that there is a charge to my room for 3 buffet lunch and a piece of cake which occurred on my second day stay . As this is a business trip and all my lunches were business lunches and it was arranged by my contacts there but of course after clarifying it among themselves , it is was settled but i was puzzled as there isn't any explaination to me on it . Next is the room clean up . the new towels and bathing accessories was replaced but my used tooth-brush , tooth-paste and soap was not clear away which surprises me how they do that . Lastly is the WIFI connections which is quite bad ( on and off , log in and out automatically ) as for modern situation , this is a very highly look upon service . after all , i will still come back to stay again .
