Our experience with Lime was great. The hotel is modern, clean, bright and cheerful. Beds are comfortable. The room had ample space, lots of water pressure and hot water!!! I would definitely stay here again
My only suggestion is if you are senaitive to noise then the pool floor may not be ideal (7th floor). Great access but you can hear people visiting and coming and going

The property fell short in several aspects, including cleanliness and facilities. There was no hot water and a leaking AC unit. The elevator did not function for three days, which when on the 8th floor is just not a good experience especially when travelling with a disabled partner. Given this I had to checkout four nights early, with no refund and accepted my loss and rebooked at a reputable hotel which is accessible.

What I did like were the staff! Very friendly and polite! The hotel facade needs improvement and an elevator will help ! The service was great but the hotel need some improvements

I have hesitations booking Boracay properties by the main road. But Lime changed my mind. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. Aside from its cleanliness, what you would really appreciate in Lime is their staff. Kudos! Will I consider coming back? Yes!

Highly recommended. Overall, our stay was comfortable. All staff are pleasant and always ready to give assistance. Special mention to Madz who willingly addressed my concern to transfer room due to noise at the lobby area. We were transferred / upgraded to a higher room the next day. Thank you.

Breakfast was served late for the 2 days my family and I stayed there. There was a power outage in Boracay due to damage by the typhoon that hit 2 days ago. The power to run the hotel was supplied by their generator but it kept on overheating so it was turned off for a couple of hours, 2 times a day during the morning and afternoon. There was no wifi service for the internet since the provider was down. Also, no cable TV service was available. All these things made our stay very uncomfortable and unenjoyable.

This is the hotel of stairs the lobby is on 2 level 30 stairs up from street with no handrail it was wet one night. Then after reception another 9 stairs to get to liftwen you get to your floor another 9 stairs to get to your room. The room was clean nice good size bathroom great .pool area was good location was great only short walk to beach. Just bad design hotel staff great and help full

The lobby of the hotel smells lemon or lime (true to its name) and it was clean. The hotel location was close to the beach less than 10-minute walk. However, the beach towels that they have provided were old (definitely NOT for display), plus the color was faded cream. We didn't notice until we spread it out on the beach and to think that they required surrendering your room key. That was my only complaint. Other than that, the staff were gracious and offered quality customer service!

Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel is clean and in good condition. Housekeeping staff needs to be more responsive. I asked them to clean my room immediately. I came back 3 hours later and room was still not cleaned. I asked them again to clean the room immediately. One hour later the afternoon room was still not cleaned. When I asked them a third time they finally came and cleaned the room

The hotel has really nice interiors. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, and they attend to the needs of the guests promptly. However, there a couple of times that we have to repeat our requests before it's being actioned. Pool area is superb for relaxation. The distance of the hotel from the beach is good. The location is very accessible to important tourist spots.

Our room is facing the main road so is kind of noisy need better sound proofing as we can hear other Guests walking and talking We also found mosquitoes in the premises. Breakfast quality need to be improved

Good central location, close to the centre of the nightlife hub at Station 2. Clean, airy rooms. Up to date facilities. Very friendly, accommodating staff. The only drawback is the breakfast offering. You are given a voucher for use at the small cafe beneath the hotel. However the buffet selection was limited and not very appetising.

Stayed for 8 nights at like. Was an awesome hotel. 3 min walk to white beach but still far enough away from the noise/madness. Staff really nice. Good wi fi. One suggestion improve breakfast... coffee house was very basic and staff were not nice.

The infinity pool is so inviting. You can see the beautiful view of Boracay.
Location is very accessible to markets, beach, and restaurant.
Overall, Lime Hotel gave us a nice stay and positive vibes of Boracay. This is absolutely recommended.
