Clean and totally quiet. If you want to be near (but not in) the action area this is a good choice. About 1 mile so could walk it or easy motorcycle taxi. If you are going to the Manila airport there is a perfect hourly bus service in front of the Mall. The hotel should advertise this but doesn't. It's nonstop on the expressway direct to terminal 3 (flooded by 2 and 1). Costs like US$8. Much better than the bus to manila and then taxi. The hotel is good. Great price also.

The hotel location is great. Close to the airport and right next to the mall. The staff is all wonderful. Gen, in particular, was excellent when helping me extend my stay here.

World class hotel in Clark, conveniently located near SM. We really loved our stay here and felt like home. Staff is attentive to our needs and very helpful. One small detail that made me put 4 stars instead of 5 is their policy where you cannot book outside massage therapists to come to your room. And the fact they do not tell you in advance, they will just turn down the therapists upon arrival. I dont think its a good practice to do this, if they are affraid of losing few pesos from their spa, they should ask few hundreds pesos and allow it

Big clean room. Awesome proximity to SM Mall with all sorts of restaurants. The manager (Kath) took the time to ask and listen to any possible improvements and what is most desirable of the facility. Complimentary bf is ok, but the manager took notes of my opinion how to improve quality and selection.

Amazing. Comfy bed, great housekeeping, super nice workers like Nelson Lapuz, Mark and Randy and Polo. Hues restaurant inside the hotel has excellent breakfast. I love the location of the hotel, close to the mall and other restaurants

Okay for short stay, two beds were quite small for 2 adults and 2 children. It was not a sound proof room we can hear guests screaming and laughing by the hallway. It was a limited breakfast selections as well. Accessible to the SM mall and restaurants.
