We were all delighted to find this quaint little hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter. The staff here go above and beyond anything you would expect and were so lovely and helpful. The rooms were clean with all conveniences. Breakfast was included in price which was so reasonable. Some of us were not well so the staff very kindly made us beautiful ginger tea.50) We were three sisters and a daughter and booked to stay at this hotel on our return from Halong Bay prior to flying home. We wanted to stay somewhere in the old Quarter.So thrilled we Chose this boutique hotel. We felt we were welcomed into a family. The welcome we got at reception was excellent. Thankyou Anna. The paper with vietnamese translations. And also what the different foods were was so helpful. Thankyou Anna for all your advice and help with restaurant bookings even sending one of your staff to the pharmacy to translate for us. Above & beyond. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Reminded me of hotels I've stayed in in Paris. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those preferring a smaller more personalised place. Would stay here again.

I think the best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff. They're so warm and polite, they make you feel welcomed. You're greeted with drinks, and they're so willing to help with anything, without making you feel like a bother. Breakfast was great, wifi service was great. I would honestly go back there on my next trip to Hanoi. Also, the location is perfect. Not too far from all the action, but far enough so it's not loud or crowded. You should stay here :)

The staff is so lovely.Free upgrade from Superior room to Family room. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is superb with variety of choices. The staff prepared our breakfast earlier and packed for us on the day we travelled to halong bay. We will definitely come back again next time if we visit Hanoi.

I stayed here for 4 nights in November and had the best time. The loaction is perfect and the hotel is clean, welcoming and huge comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Hanoi. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

We had an AMAZING stay at this hotel. The staff from reception, kitchen, down to housekeeping were incredibly nice, helpful and very respectful. If there's an awrd to be given to the Best Hotel Staff, they should get it for sure. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. You have lots of choices and simply delicious! The location was walking distances to the Hoan Kiem Lake, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, The Presidential Palace, The West Lake, The Night Market, Two Catholic Churches, Restaurants and coffee shops. Our day cruise to Halong Bay was arranged by Anna, the manager and she did a good job. She even helped us checked in for our return flight. We've stayed in so many hotels in our lifetime but the service in that hotel is the best we have ever experienced and incomparable! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! Keep up the good work! :)

I never write reviews, but I have to say they have the friendliest, most helpful staff that I've ever encountered in the service industry! They were great from the moment we arrived to the day we left. They were very accommodating to our special needs!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel.The staff took a lot of care in ensuring that our stay was comfortable, effortless and enjoyable. I especially appreciate when Anna called us while we were in Ninh Binh to ask if she could help to arrange our transport back to Hanoi. Lotus Boutique really added to making my time in Hanoi enjoyable.

Our room was small but comfortable. The entire staff was available to help with any question that we had. They allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel after we returned from a trip to Sapa and were not going to the airport for another 3 hours. We were even given tea. The location was right in the middle of the old city. We were able to work everywhere. We highly recommend this hotel as reasonably priced with outstanding service.

This was our last hotel of our trip of Vietnam we booked through Fleetway Travel and again they had not let us down. We were greeted like old friends by Mia and Anna all the staff are great. They picked us up at the airport took us back on last day,kept our luggage as we went on an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay so took just an overnight bag on that trip.

A nice hotel that was made into a wonderful experience by the amazing staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even at breakfast at 6:30am! They arranged an airport pick up and early check in by email and were extremely efficient. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

This was a slightly tough decision as the room wasn't quite perfect and bathroom not the most modern but for value for money you couldn't fault it.The main reason I rated this 5 star rather than 4 was the exceptional service from the staff and their enthusiasm. They were very friendly and could not do enough for you. If you want 5 star luxury then it's probably not for you but if you want the best welcome ever and to leave feeling you were part of the family then I can't recommend it highly enough.

Location is great and so are the staffs. Always cheerful, helpful and full of energy from Reception desk (yes! Ms. Anna) to everyone in the breakfast. Sure to brighten you up in the mornings.Really liked the breakfast to choose from in addition to the buffet one. Spacious and comfortable room. Will stay here again! Keep it up!

My sister and I stayed at Lotus Boutique Hotel for 3 nights. We were very impressed by the warm and kind hospitality of the staff. Anna and the rest of the receptionists, porters and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is central and quiet. The picture on Expedia.com is exactly what you get. Super friendly staff, from the bell boy to the receptionist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No complains from me and our family of 14 including kids. The staff are so cheerful, helpful, and full of enthusiasm that makes this hotel stands out from the other hotels I had been. Breakfast menu is good with a good choice of buffet and ala carte. Need to specially mention the 2 receptionist that were there during our 4 days 3 nights stay, Ms.Anna and another one (sorry forgot your name), they really made our day with their lovely smiles and greetings ! Overall in terms of hospitality, it is the best hotels I had been to (trust me)..It maybe a 4 star hotel, but with a 5 star hospitality service.

Very welcoming and friendly reception staff especially Anna who we will never forget. The rooms were of a good standard and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was in a good location close to many sightseeing spots.

Anna and her team were excellent in their service, always eager to assist and fulfill all our request.. The superior rooms were small but managable for 2. Deluxe and Family is OK. Cleanliness is at its BEST. Breakfast was great with a mini buffet AND alacarte menu. We got a package with the Flamingo Cruise.. I have to stress, the food menu on the cruise was even better.. They even had wifi on board. Overall, a great experience with Lotus Boutique Hotel..

An excellent hotel in Hanoi - the staff were the friendliest we have met in Vietnam (which is a very friendly country!) They went out of their way to help us and give us recommendations. The rooms were lovely and had everything you needed. Excellent breakfast and delicious welcoming drinks. We would love to come back.

Three days and nights were spent recently in Hanoi staying at the Lotus Boutique Hotel, Excellent service from a most welcoming and friendly staff who could not do enough for us. Very comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast each day. The hotel is in the old part of Hanoi and within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

The Lotus Boutique hotel is superb in every way.the staff are friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They could not have been more helpful and let us leave luggage while we went to sapa,then let us shower when we came back. The rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities provided. The location is excellent and you can walk to all tourist locations. Many thanks to Anna for all their help. A real gem of a place.

Fantastic service, really helpful with information sheets for local restaurants, museums and lots more.The location was not initially what I expected, but actually it was great for getting around as it is in the busy old town. Good breakfasts with cooked selection freshly made. The staff were all so friendly

Fantastic hotel and amenities - breakfast was lovely & cooked to order, rooms were big, clean and well equipped. Central location made it easy to get to all the local attractions. But the best part for me was the manager, Ms Anna and her amazing, friendly & helpful staff, who went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I really appreciate the effort they went to when we left with organising a food hamper for us because the flight was at half past midnight & they wanted to make sure we had eaten beforehand. Priceless service. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is a little gem! We got to the hotel at around 6am and got a full briefing about our stay and were made a lovely breakfast. We were upgraded to a deluxe room as our room wasn't available straight away and had the use of another room while we waited. The staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you - they were a small team and really went that extra mile to make your stay a great experience. The hotel itself is in a convenient location in the old town and close to many amenaties. Make sure you get to the night market on a Saturday night if you're looking for some bargains. Everything is in walking distance to the hotel. A great introduction to Hanoi and Vietnam thanks to the Hanoi Lotus Boutique!

Good location. Great staff and service. the room is clean and comfortable. It is easy to go to famous spots in Hanoi. The staff are nice and friendly and passionate. the breakfast is sooooo good. Definitely will stay there next time.
