Hotel looks ok and catered for all expected requirements. Cleanliness is a issue. Starting at the lobby up restaurant and room there are a lot of opportunities for improvement. Concierge service was great with attentive and helpful staff.

Need to take 10 min walk from main road. Do consider other novotel hotel.

Lovely stay, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room. It is in a splendid location, quiet but near transport and all you need whatever you are looking for.

It’s a good stay, but it is not the best. Likes Convenience to travel to places Cleanliness Dislikes Not all staff is polite. There is one lady at the front desk showed “I don’t care type of attitude” after I asked about my double booking with Expedia. Or maybe she had a bad day. One gentlemen showed I am happy to help attitude at all time. Wished there are more breakfast options. My stay was 7/12-8/14 if you need more information.

Very good family room. Access to executive room was a nice touch.

After a couple of bad experiences with other Bangkok hotels, it was such a pleasure to check-in to the Novotel for my last few days in the city. The property is clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are simple but comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Walkable distance to mall and lots of dining options. Dirty but convenient location to public transportation. Far from the both the domestic and international airports though.

Overall good hotel, I was thinking it was closer to all the high lights and tours, if we travel during peak hours we had to leave with an hour at least to be able to make it to tours

A comfortable stay for two nights, staff were very helpful and always welcoming. Easy location to restaurants and main train lines. Room was a little tidy in areas and wasn’t as clean as it could be but it didn’t affect our stay. Would just suggest it being more 3* than a 4.

Itcwas a very pleasant short stay. The hotelnis really nice but the x foctor is the personnel!! I was impresed byvtheir professionalism, kindness, amd passion for what they do. The ladies atcthe lobby bar, all the receptionist, the guestcservices gentlemen and of course the waiters in all the restaurants were amazing!! As a former hispitality specialist I will say that this personnel is in the top 3 thatcI have ever met. Well done to everyone!! Thank you for your hospitality!

It is conveniently located 5-10 minutes walk to the skytrain stop and the underground train. Many restaurant options available near the hotel, including vegetarian restaurants. The breakfast at this restaurant is wonderful! So many varieties of food. I loved my stay here and I hope to stay again!

We had a great time at the hotel. The pool and bar area was great and quiet for relief from the heat. The breakfast selection and quality was unparalleled from my experience and the bed/pillow game was fantastic! 10/10 would stay here again and reccomend!

Nice no fuss property

Our experience at Novotel was highly disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and we won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. Despite booking a two-night stay along with our friends, we were charged a deposit four times higher than theirs - $8000 baht compared to their $2000 baht deposit. When we politely inquired about the discrepancy, the staff was rude and dismissive. They told us not to worry about the larger deposit since we would get it back if there was no damage to the room. Even when considering adding breakfast to our reservation, we were quoted different rates than our friends who had just done the same. The entire stay was uncomfortable, with the night staff displaying unprofessional behavior. It's clear that it's an acceptable practice for them to profile guests and charge deposits accordingly. While we did eventually receive our deposit back, the whole ordeal left us feeling uneasy about the hotel's practices and treatment of guests.

Property was very clean and well kept.

I have stayed at this hotel Numerous times on trips to Bangkok. I have always found the staff very helpful and the hotel itself makes for a comfortable stay. I will be staying again

Everyday room cleaning, clean gym and swimming pool. Massage at hotel was also amazing.
