If you do not mind sleeping with lots of company from lots of cockroaches, then you are O.K. for me I do. I renamed Iloilo and Bacolog the capital of cockroach cities.

I enjoyed my stay. Location is very good and walking distance to Robinson Mall. Buffet breakfast is adequate.

Stayed 4 nights here. The good--- breakfast very good and varied. Room was clean and cleaned each day. Doorman and bellboy very helpful and friendly . The bad was reception. Not friendly on check-in and no greeting or smiling at anytime passing through lobby The first impression is always at reception. They need training in this important area.

Small room but cozy and clean. LoveThe hot water. I like also the breakfast everyday is different. The only little complain is the WiFi is slow.

Bathroom water had bad oder did not feel clean after shower. Floors are dark brown and uneven very hard to see with bad lighting. Early check in was more money then other hotels.

good location next to a church. staffs were excellent. the hotel is not very nice. 3.5 star rating is ovetly generous. to us it is more a 1 star.

Roaches in room. King bed is not king size bed. It is two twin beds pushed to get her with a king sheet covering it. Fake advertising by hotels.com, scam. I think it is a new place but it is already filthy and worn in rooms and throughout. The slums and ghettos are at your doorstep, scary to walk beyond the sight of armed guards. Very dirty filthy area streets and industrial slum areas.

Good location... nice buffet breakfast!!! Staff are good and helpfull....Theonly bad thing i can say is the CLEANLINESS... on our arrival, floor was dirty, blood stain on bed sheet, and presence of thick dust in dressing cupboard, pver the bedside table, tv and other wooden furnitures... everyday staff tidy up our bedroom.. but the dust stays with us in the room throughout our 6days/5nights stay!!!

The staff were very accommodating and I made a mistake on the days I was arriving due to time difference and without a issue they allowed me to rebook a day later than planned with no charge. Food was great, bed was comfy and the shower was amazing, overall a very good stay, the a.c. was very good as well. The gt hotel is in a rough kinda area but its upgraded and very pleasant to stay at.

First day had to change rooms 3 times to get one with good A/C.
All was good except breakfast always cold and run out of a lot of food hour before breakfast is over!
Wifi was good but pain in the BUT that every day you need to ask for a new code for each device you want to use!

When we checked in hotel the rooms were not worth other hotels within same price with mall in area. Bath towels were off white looked not clean.

It was a terrible to rest , there was fire alarm 2 times at middle of the night , frontdesk there very slow. Broken sit of the toilet

Me & my family stayed for 5 days and its worth the money for my budget. The breakfast buffet foods are good though coffee is only served one time. No coffee in the buffet table for it has to be served by a waiter.

Located in the city centre but doesn't feel safe walking outside at night...rough area. No fridge in the room, unable to store any drinks or food. Small space. Nice shower head (big and wide like showering in the rain), free wifi and buffet breakfast (which is great). Friendly and helpful staff.
