Good location, little noisy at night may be weekend. friendly and helpful staffs particularly the one at front desk. Hotel was clean and nice. It would be much better if the little cracked wall in the room repaired. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and hope to stay there in future.

Perfect, quiet, and relaxing stay. Superb and very helpful service, can even help you book any flights or other tours you may be interested in! Would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home inside the busy city.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the entire staff is attentive and helpful. Less the a 5 min walk from all the action but still quite enough to get a good night sleep.

Hotel Kathmandu Home Annex was such a nice place for us on our first few days in Nepal. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and convenient. Best if all was the manager, Manish, who provided us with an agenda to see many of the interesting sights in Kathmandu Valley. He got drivers and helped solve a mixup in bags from the airport. We cannot say enough positive things about Manish and will always think of his kind compassion when we think of Nepal.

This location is in the centre of Thamel yet very quiet. Very friendly staff. They have a good breakfast. 24 hours open. Distance from a restaurant and other shops are very close. Reasonable price.

It is near by the shopping area, it can ready your breakfast before 7:00 . If you need . But the wifi sometimes connects is not good, the staff is helpful , in the hotel around is more restaurant for choice

This Hotel is a clean getaway in the middle of a dirty city. One of the only flaws was the internet. You are required to log in each time to the internet even when your phone just falls asleep. Other than that it was great. The first two mornings we were fed fresh breakfast the other days we had a buffet. They don't cater to dietary restrictions, but we were still able to get around that. We will absolutely stay here when we come back.

The best thing for me was the shower which had a strong flow and continuous hot water. This is no small matter in Nepal whereby i have encountered some places which had no hot water or the flow of hot water was intermittent. In addition, staff was pleasant and helpful.

We were so happy for 3nights in this awesome hotel. Good Location, clean and enough wide space room. Above all all the staffs especially Sujan, Manith were always so kind, helpful. And others in restaurant were also very kind and served good breakfast every morning. I assure I'll stay this good price nice hotel again.

Location is great - little bit out of the central Thamel , but that makes the price more reasonable, and bit quieter so it's acceptable. The rooms are clean, spacious , comfortable, and well maintained. The range of the breakfast food on offer is good. Service is friendly.

Love staying at this Hotel. It's central position is fabulous so you're not far from shops, transport, restaurants and pubs. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They organised my birthday as well. Great management.

Customer service was excellent here, very friendly staff. The hotel is situated in the perfect location if you are looking to explore Kathmandu . The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great service - checked in late and checked out very early. They packed us a small breakfast since we were going to miss breakfast. Room was nice and comfy. The only thing is that the toilet faced the wall and there was only a small space between the wall and toilet. I have short legs (Im 53), so it was fine, but anyone taller than me would def have a hard time squeezing into that space. Location was good - in Thamel, but away from the busy streets.

Our stay at Kathmandu home Annex was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any enquiry or request was quickly followed up on and sorted. The rooms are very comfortable and quite spacious and with the Hotel set back in a small side street very quiet as well. Hot water continuous and with good pressure and the power breaks were almost unnoticeable. The Tour desk attached to the hotel is also very helpful if you need assistance with Trekking etc. Would definitely recommend as a comfortable stay in Kathmandu.

The room was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you could need. Having the extra space was very comfortable. The staff, each and everyone, truly went above and beyond to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The snacks and treats in the lounge were wonderful and we enjoyed masala tea (special nepali Tea) This was our first time at Kathmandu home annex and the location worked out perfectly for everything we wanted to do. It seemed as though everything was within walking distance. You really feel as though you're in your own private little part of kahmandu.

Perfect place to stay in Kathmandu. Great location in a quiet street yet close to all the major attractions. Staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. Good breakfast and free tea coffee all day. Great value and hard to beat. Kathmandu Home Annex is highly recommended to all who are travelling to Nepal.
