Only thing was no heat control in room.

Had a newly renovated room. Was very pleased and staff was more than accommodated to my need. Bed was the most comfortable bed i have slept in. Will definitely be using again when in town..

Once it was none eventful very quite staff pretty helpful

I was leaving there for four nights. Newly renovated room was really clean. Friendly staff and new appliances. This was really beyond my expectations. Highly recommend

Extra charges after check in. No heat in rooms. No electric outlets for hair dryer or C-pap machines.

We really like our room its newly renovated it has kitchenette which we wanted my partner really like the big tv and bed’s were great. Overall the room is perfect and the staff were great and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back here and will be booking the same room again.

Check in was fast and easy. The room was very old, the bed was pillows were not so go. Ad said it had a 50” tv but was only an old 32”. Luckily it wasn’t very hot outside because the ac didn’t do much. Room was very quiet and cleaned everyday

The sheets were dirty and they were closed by 8pm so we couldn’t even get our room switched to a clean one

For a older motel I would stay there again the prices are very reasonably. The renovation being done are very nice.

I never got sleep because the red top siding was broken and flapping in the wind

I arrived after midnight on the 19th July. No one was obviously on site, so I phoned the number on the door, no answer, let a message to say if I didn't hear from them in 30 minutes, I will be staying at another hotel the Hampton Inn & Suites. I was disappointed with the lack of service, as I got phone call from the Westport Inn asking me about my reservation, I said I was still British Columbia and will probably be late to book in. I was told to phone the number on the door. You know the rest from what I said above. I figured you canceled my reservation when I arrive after 9pm. I assume have not charged my Visa account. Thank you.

The shower did not work and the microwave did not work.

The fridge in our room did not work. Then we went to turn on the tv and it did not work either. We could not connect to the internet. When I decided to read my book, I noticed there were no lightbulbs in the lamp. It was not a good experience.

Hotel wasn’t heated properly as was a boiler and the door and windows seals were letting in cold air…..

Nobody here to check uss in

The gentleman at check-in was very friendly. A location close the airport for an early-morning departure was a positive. The negatives include: two bathtubs that were obstructing the staircase near my room. I maneuvered around them with my luggage and thought that someone with some mobility issues would have an issue if they had to use those stairs. Despite the heat being on full-blast, the room was chilly. Aside from that, no complaints but I do hope for those with mobility issues that those bathtubs are moved.

They were super freindly and accommodating.

Definitely ‘get what you pay for’ in that it’s an older motel in need of upgrades (which are currently happening) but place was clean and quiet and the air conditioner worked like a hot-damn. And the bed was comfortable for 3night stay

This facility was in a sad state. T.v. did not work. There is no ice machine at the location.saw reviews on this location about an ok breakfast. There is no breakfast. Don't stay here. Response on these problems .was oh! The male reception clerk in the morning could care less about the problems.
