Our stay . ok. Didnt think the cleaning was up to other hotels we have stayed in while in singapore. Dront door didnt lock, right. Wardrobe door was really hard to open, toilet door got stuck half way. And we had a faulty light that flickered most of the night. They did send two workmen to fix it but it was not a good job at all. Staff were nice and friendly. We are going back to club lounge when we return and we are hoping its alot better.

This hotel isn’t so old actually, but not well maintained. Shower room is always flooded out…

We chose this hotel for our 1 night stay before the start of a cruise, based on the reviews of the club rooms/amenities. The club lounge and pool were lovely. Service upon checkin was excellent and the room was great. However, we did get a chance to see the standard rooftop pool which was nowhere near the calibre of the club level pool (maintenance needed, bar/restaurant closed/felt tired.) The hotel is directly across from an mrt station but not close to much else. (Ex: gardens by the bay, marina bay boardwalk, main shopping centres etc.) Overall we were happy with the quality for the price and the excellent club level facilities. Addition note: as we were experiencing significant jet lag we did not remember/want to eat dinner until much later in the evening (approx 9pm.) We asked for recommendations from the concierge and ended up on a very disappointing wild goose chase for an establishment with an open kitchen. Ended up eating at an extremely overpriced mediocre bar that was the only place open that accepted credit cards. (Vs local currency or payment app). Make sure to eat before 9pm!
Singapore is an incredible place and we can’t wait to come back.

I recently did a staycation here at the Downtown branch of Oasia Hotel and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, clean and well-fitted. The view from the room was also great. Staff at the concierge was also extremely professional and friendly. Finally, the location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the Tanjong Pagar MRT which connects you to all the popular locations. Will definitely come back for another stay.

The hotel is in a brilliant location and right by Tajong Pagar metro station. We loved being able to walk into Chinatown and the city. We were a bit disappointed in the mattress, we both woke up in the morning quite sore which wasn't an issue we had at any of our other hotels. The only other we had was that we paid to upgrade to a slightly more deluxe room (not a club room) and the only additional perk seemed to be it was on a higher floor which we went for to get a great view but instead had a view of another building and a construction site so I wouldn't pay that extra again! Otherwise a nice, clean hotel with good customer service.

I like that the building is covered with vegetation. Coffee machine is available for anyone to use with great coffee and snacks. Inside the room they provide glass bottles for drinking water. The only thing that I did not like was the water pressure on the shower, hence I gave one less star. The pressure was almost non-existent.

Great hotel right in the city with an outdoor lobby area. 2 blocks away from food and 24 hour supermarket. Maxwell food court is also a 15 mins walk where they sell famous chicken rice. Didn’t like the outdoor style lobby though cos Singapore is already hot and humid so to come back to another hot and humid lobby is not comfortable for me so I have to go back to my room instead of chilling in the lobby area

I had a great stay at the Oasia Hotel. The building itself is stunning, covered as it is in living greenery and it is in a brilliant location for exploring Singapore.
The staff were all friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay memorable.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. We were in one of the Club rooms, with access to the separate pool and snack/dining room area for day time refreshments and breakfast on level 21. A decent gym as well.

Everything was great. Except the water is a bit hot in the shower. It is weird. It turns so hot and I am not able to lower the temp even I turn to Cold side to the end. The temp just keeps rising. But other than that, I quite like the hotel

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located, just in front of an MRT station. The staff is really nice and helpful. The only problem is that we booked a room for two adults and one child and our daughter had to sleep with us because they don’t provide extra beds. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect beside a water leak issue and the lack of hot water for 3 days . End up changing room but the fact that we book via Orbitz did not help and it makes me rethink to book via Orbitz in the future instead of booking directly with the hotel

The main area of the hotel were lovely, including the reception area and downstairs dining. However the room itself was very very standard and fairly small.
The staff were lovely and helpful, however our room was not cleaned on our first night and not cleaned well on the second. We expected more from this hotel.
The rooftop pool not great and the main pool was only accessible for an extra charge which was a shock.
Although the location is great and we had a lovely stay, we definitely didn't feel like we were staying in a 4.5 star hotel.

Conveniently located near train station and within walkable distance to Chinatown, Lau Pa Sat. Hotel facade looks impressive. The bathroom needs an upgrade and room carpet could do with a steam clean.

Stayed here the night before we headed to the airport, was fine enough for a one night stay. Only confusing part was having to go to the 12th floor to check in and go to our room. Good thing the concierge is on the ground floor to help direct you.
