This hotel never disappoints, Supas usual the room and the overall service were top class. The friendly staff go out of their way to make a memorable stay. John and Loraine the owners make you feel special and all in all my Wife and I cannot wait to return. Add to that the superb food in the restaurant and you could not ask for more. 5 stars.

Very clean and tidy great friendly staff

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed enormous! ( super king size?) The negatives were that, it waz a warm night so we had the window open and with tge hotel being on a busy dual carriageway there was a lot of traffic noise. The shower wasn't very powerful. The supply of tea and coffee in the room was poor ( one PG tips teabag) - we could have picked up more from reception presumably, but would have expected 2 teabags minimum! Power sockets on the desk weren't fit for purpose- too close to the desk to plug anything in. Damons restaurant next door was expensive and the food indifferent. We had breakfast elsewhere.

Too much salt in potatoes wedges and greasy . English vegetarian breakfast need improvement as well as different suppliers for Veggie Sausages. Resturant was brilliant in decorating otherwise

We were looking forward to staying here as the reviews looked good, on arrival everything was fine however we noticed an awful smell between the beds, i mentioned it at reception and the said they would look into it, Day 2 the smell was still there and they offered to move us but only had a double bed as this was a trip with my son we were not keen on that, we were told it would be clean, day 3 the smell was worse as it was a hot day, it was so bad I couldn’t stay there and slept elsewhere, I found out someone was sick in the room yet they still decided to book it out to us, very disappointed tbh! After complaining I was offered 25% off a future stay, I explained that was no good as I don’t intend to stay again and that is it, hotel now gone quiet, tough!

Had initial problem checking in but it was resolved pretty quickly. Stay was as expected and is comfortable.

A really classy room - it felt fresh and contemporary with modern fittings and attention to detail

Reception staff were excellent especially the young lady that checked us in really friendly and suggested places we could visit if we came back with our grandchildren. Lovely food as usual at Damon’s restaurant really enjoyed the live entertainment as well.booked breakfast which is a good deal when booked through the hotel.All in all a great little break.

Stay of two halves, the hotel was excellent, the restaurant dreadful.

Great hotel to stay in. Only problem was the lack of a rubber mat for the very slippery shower.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous, our room was very clean & had a welcoming feel. Having a bath & shower (both great) we was spoilt for choice so used both of them. The bed was so comfortable it was a shame we wasn’t able to layin & make the most of the stay. Unfortunately due to our schedule we checked in late evening & checked out early morning. We also used the restaurant for the evening meal which was also excellent, shame we wasn’t able to stay for the breakfast menu.

Good hotel on edge of Lincoln. Good facilities and great restaurant next door. Only issue is not being advised about car parking registration, would definitely stay again when in the area.

Actually rather enjoyed our 1 night stay here... was a bit further out of the city then i expected... bar on the outside of hotel closed a rather early...but on the whole a good stay... would return 🙂
