It wasn't very clear, how to check out. The bathroom curtain was moldy! The dining options nearby are decent enough. The TV has alot of blank channels, & other broken channels. Most functional channels are either French or German. Only 1 keycard, wifi login was rather difficult. People smoking in the doorway was awful! No hand soap or sanitizer. The outlets were a bit confusing at 1st, but the EU adapters still work fine. The kitchen was fine, the bathroom toilet has issues flushing! There's no way to blind the windows at night. The pillows sucked!!

Calling Staff is so rude, he don’t know how to talk to a lady.

The pillows and mattress were terrible. Very poor conditions. No cleaning for 3 days , no change towels, etc.

This hotel is a different kind of hotel. No reception, you check in with a code. No one on site to assist if you need it. Parking is complex, they have to assign you a space, at 15 CHF per day. Tried several times vie email to get this done but no response. Had to call and talk to someone to finally get a space. Otherwise the rooms were decent and clean. No AC if the weather is hot. Bathroom was nice, bring your own shampoo. For security, only your own room has a lock. During the day the back door to the building was wide open and the front was propped open. People were letting others in. Be aware of your surroundings. Location is good, minutes from the airport, no shuttles available. Many restaurants/bars within 5-10 minutes walk. The checkin process was confusing but made sense once you did it

The room had a smell. Paper thin walls. No extra pillow to rest. No teapot or coffeemaker

I like about the quietness of the place. I just dont like the balcony area where other people can jump to your balcony. And also the no staff hotel is not really my stuff. I want somebody I can talk right away or ask questions ir help if I need to.

The apartment is well-located but I need some details. It´s not cleaned at all and is not comfortable enough for more than a few hours. If possible I recommend you avoid it. Because the price is attractive but the place is not hygienic

Convenient.

It was a 20 minute walk on hiking trails from the Service Center at Zurich airport where I securely store my checked bags overnight. Many travelers, locals and flight personnel using this walking route. Clean and safe area. Many kind local residents in this area. Lots of local restaurants. I had dinner next to a tree lined stream listening to birds at dinner at the facility. Highly recommended

I parked out the back & came in the back door of the property. The signs inside the foyer on ground floor for Swiss star check in are WRONG! The machine to get the door code is outside the front door. ALSO BE AWARE take a photo of the code the machine generates because the NEW code is the code to the door of your room (not the code you generated when you booked!)

The light in the bathroom was missing so you cannot really use the bathroom because it's too dark! The room is in full view from the street so no privacy.

For the price it was satidfactory

Close to the airport and in a quiet area. Residents in neighbouring apartments were smoking which you could smell was kinda gross. But overall decent if you just need a place to stay before heading to the airport. Getting in was a bit confusing as the instructions mentioned a key but there are no keys.

I stood for one night. There is no reception, which is ok. The problem is that, prior to parking, they need to instruct you where to park. The only communication method is email. So i emailed then asking for parking instructions. And they never answered my email at all. They dont care. Horrible. My husband stood 2 hours in the car. No response. He had to pay and park in another hotel’s parking lot. It was cold, bad neighborhood, we dont speak german. And the hotel dont carr to respond to your email. I have never been so mistreated in my life.

Incomplete building entry instructions: "Enter the 5-digit code in the terminal at the entrance of building #24 to receive your access code and apartment number." (1) First you have to click on the link on their confirmation email, enter your data, and obtain a 5-digit Key Code. (2) At the building entrance, you enter your last name and Key Code on the a large touch-screen wall terminal, and obtain a 6-digit Access Code and your assigned Room Number. (3) The Access Code must be entered on a small black box quite sperate from the wall terminal to open the main door of the building. (4) The Access Code must also be entered on a small device outside your room to open the door (5) There is a plastic “entry key” in the room that is of no use.

Was perfect for purpose of a night’s sleep between connecting flights.

I like the area and the size of the apartment however in the pictures that you peovide shows coffee and it was not included so it provides false information

This is a self check in hotel. Simple, but very near the airport.

The code for the entrance and/or the code machine at obstgasse 26 did not work......

How come there is no one helping people in the property that comes for another country at late time, and you puthim to go on fkn comouter only in 2 lenguages

Very basic room for 1 night. So ok. People outside the doors drinking and smoking, quite intimidating. Self check in. Price ok

Don’t stay there - no concierge, no on-site manager, no instructions on wifi - the most basic of hotels I have ever come across ever. Not up to a one star by North American standards - the only reason I took it was closeness to the airport

You get exactly what you pay for with this hotel rental. There are no frills. You need to read the welcome emails carefully and confirm before you come. When you get to the building make sure you use the touchpad in your native language. If you do that, all the instructions after that are simple, straightforward and very easy to follow. If you don’t do that, like I did and get the instructions in a different language, check-in becomes more difficult. Room is clean and simple. My only complaint about the facilities is that it’s probably time to do a little maintenance on the shower handle that doesn’t stay up as a shower and you have to use it as wand. Other than that it was fantastic.

The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Very convenient location if you enjoy walking, which I do. Can't address service, because you never see anyone.

It is good if you have a tight budget because you can make your own food since eating out is very expensive. However, we were not able to use the television because there is no battery on the remote.

The check-in machine is outside the building, and sometimes it doesn’t work, so it’s impossible to get in unless someone opens from the inside. I tried to call the service number, but they never answered.

There was zero moving air. No air conditioning, no fan system, no ceiling fan or even a floor fan. Window did open but zero breeze. I could not stay the night. I was sweating even after a cold shower so I booked another hotel and left.
