This hotel is beautiful and clean but the entire staff needs customer service etiquette and friendly warming communication skills. Very very rude employees with attitude and disrespect. I do not recommend this hotel to Americans.

Close to Krakow central train station but farther away from Krakow Main Square. Clean and great service from staff

Nice hotel. Very good location. Easy access for transport to energylandia Only bad thing... Day 1 1 minute in I fell badly on the pavement directly outside the hotel and tore the ligaments in my ankle.. Therefore I could barely walk all holiday

Quiet and useful place near Old Town.

I have booked this hotel for my parents and did not expect hotel will try to charge additional fees for "possible room bar usage". A little bit disappointed how it was handled...

We had exceptional service checking in and at the bar. The room was comfortable and the scent in the entire facility was lovely!

From the moment we stepped into the lobby the smell amazing!! The staff were incredible, so helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate. The location was perfect and everything walkable. A perfect shopping centre directly over the road. I would without a doubt stay here again 😊

The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and eager to make everyone’s trip incredible!

We liked everything about this hotel: the comfortable room, the shower, the bed, the breakfast, the friendly staff and the location. The fact that the windows open was very good as we don't like to sleep with the air conditioning on. No complaints. If we return to Krakow, we will stay there again.

Lovely hotel very modern, clean and in a great location. Directly opposite the mall and 10 min walk to the main square. Would highly recommend.

I made a reservation and while it was a no refund reservation, I made a mistake and tried to change the dates. I escalated this several times. It was less than 10 minutes after the booking was completed. In short, they would not even change the dates. I understand keeping my money, but at least let me get something for it. This was nothing short of robbery.

Excellent location, amazing staff.

Stayed in Krakow for four nights, really pleased to find that the hotel was directly opposite the shopping centre and train station. Friendly check in, room on first floor, triple glazed windows so no noise from trams. Windows opened enough to let in fresh air. Air con efficient which was a bonus as the outside temp was between 23-28c. Bedding was crisp white cotton which was very welcome Bathroom modern and super clean. Nice toiletries and towels. Breakfast buffet served in the restaurant/ bar area daily, plenty of choice catering for all nationalities. Hotel located a short walk through the park to the main central square and castle. Walkable to Jewish Quarter. Train straight to Salt Mines. Pick up from hotel for other booked sightseeing. Buses and trams close by. Would definitely recommend for its location, cleanliness and friendly hotel staff.

Great location!

A lovely hotel with really helpful staff. Very clean, good breakfast and able to take a packed breakfast with us on an early trip to Aushwitz. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff amazing in every way, always helpful and went the extra mile with a walking map to town, bottled water and Easter treats in our room, even a traditional pretzel on check-out. Restaurant very good with attentive professional staff. Good location near the sights but not too noisy, tour meeting point and tram/trains just over the road. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I liked the hotel location really close by to bars restaurants shops. the hotel is within easy reach to transport the tram train and bus services are easily accessible just outside the hotel friendly professional helpful staff The only reason I give the hotel staff a 4 and not a 5 was down to guest care I did not like a sweet the deserts are very sweet too sickly I was not after a refund I picked it granted but I was honest and feed me thoughts back to the waitress she did say she will speak to her colleague probably the bar / restaurant manager but he or she did not even come over to address me I got ignored and still they charged ( granted like I say I was not expecting not to pay ) but it of just been nice to of had the waitress colleague to of recognized me to share me feelings with the desert other than that it’s been a pleasant stay and would recommend

The hotel is located across from the train station, which is also attached to a huge shopping mall. One can literally walk out of the hotel and be on a tram/bus to most locations within the city. The hotel is also a 5-10 minute walk from the old town. Regarding the service at the hotel, it is lovely. The rooms are tidy and have plenty of amenities in them. The restaurant/cafe is good and reasonably priced and the staff that work there are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

Conveniently located.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms. Excellent value for money. It’s in great location for doing tours to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines as the pick up place is right outside. Mall and station is right opposite with trains to airport. There is also a taxi rank outside. Old town is 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is quirky and beautiful. From the decor to the positive messages that were left in the lift it is excellent. The staff are brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again

It was an excellent hotel with fantastic staff, lovely large clean rooms and a fantastic location. Thank you all at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto (Old Town) for making my 54th birthday a time to remember!
