Good for a quick stop off somewhere to lay your head. Breakfast wasn’t much of stale bread and barely working coffee machine but was nice to have something offered for free. Place was relatively clean with a sink in the room if you choose one without private bathroom. Customer service was excellent as I had rang before arrival with some questions. Young people looking for a cheap place close to Switzerland this is for you

No electricity when I checked in. Room wasn’t cleaned once during stay. No towels in the rooms and the corridor door wouldn’t close, so the noise from the communal room was blasting down the corridor until 1am each night. Vending machine was always empty. Great location though as it’s opposite a few places to eat and there’s a bus stop nearby that goes to the airport.

The recepcionist was awfull and there was no internet at the hotel. They said there was a bug at the internet and will take three days to be working again!!!! Absurd!!! Ridiculous!!!! They should get a refund at least. Will never come back.

For the price ratio but still quite far from the airport if you are not coming by car it is ok but not more.

A budget hostel six minutes drive from airport( French side). You need a car to stay here. My room was not en-suite so I had to use the bathroom and shower room in the corridor. Room and toilet were clean. No towels nor toiletries. Room temperature is fine. if you are on a tight budget or not bothered with basic facilities, this is a ok place to have a short stay.

No wi-fi, no tv signal...I tried to report it at reception but nothing done to improve.. Need to review the services you are offering. How can you sell a service whenv the shelves are impty? Wake up and smell the coffee

I made a reservation for the room with private bathroom but they did not have the room when I was there. Instead, I got a room without bathroom. The shared bathrooms were extremely dirty!

Do not stay here… i genuinely felt scared to sleep here and there is no towels, no shampoo or any toiletries, no service and its far away from the city, it smells like smoke everywhere and the beding also looked rather unpleasant. There is also a trailor camp right next to the hotel. I was supposed to stay two nights, but felt so uneasy to ho back that i booked a different hotel in the end.

Expensive taxi-ride from the airport. Dope smokers in the reception area. Very uncomfortable mattress. No facilities or transport. Helpful receptionist found extra pillows. Long walk to an average Chinese restaurant.

The customer service was werry poor ! In the reception they not speaking english. It took werry long time to check in because data connect was poor even when I had a confirmed booking with breakfast from Hotels.com I had to pay 3 EURO extra for shower tovel next morning because it was not in the room. Toilets and shower was outside room and to use with other rooms. It was no soap in dispenser in shower cabinets. I was walking around to find another shower cabinet .One shower cabinet had no possibilities to lock the door because the lock function was not working! When I opened the door to my room first time it was hot almost like a sauna. The breakfast room was werry small and the breakfast they served was just . White bread with butter and apricote marmelade + small pack white cheese and Thea or coffee. Thats it. Check out was easy

Perhaps I misread the hotel description and I should have checked the reviews but it was certainly worse than we expected.

The pictures are not true to what we experienced, is dirty and smelly

Check in was difficult. There were no towels which we were expected to pay for. The building itself looked very tired. The room was comfortable: the bed was fine and linen was clean. The worst issue was that for the majority of our stay, we had no hot water. This was raised to staff and was much later rectified. The hotel is difficult to reach; it’s a 25 minute walk or infrequent bus to get to a tram which is okay during the day. It was expensive to get a taxi from the centre of Geneva too and equally as expensive to get a taxi to the airport (there are no Ubers).

Paid for a private shower. No hot water.

Wifi so bad, It was difficult to get there as there is almost no transport. The alarm system started working at night, they couldn't turn it off for a long time, the people in the hotel are very noisy and everything can be heard through the walls.

They are cheater i booked room with bath but they gave me room without bath i didn't stay i leave hotel

Excellent location and hotel to stay. Great facilities but just needed more cleaner toilets and shower room as the toilets were out of paper and very dirty for more than a day.

Despite being busy, female receptionist (Fauzia, apologies if I misspelt) was excellent with trying her best to assist with slightly earlier check in.

Very Little room, minuscule bathroom without towels and soap. Sketchy heater. However the bed was clean but too hard. No privacy when using the credit card. Two nights booked, stayed only one.

I’ll never stay here again or ever recommend it to anyone. There seemed to be a constant group of young men smoking and hanging around the front desk. There was noise from people in the corridor all night long. The bed sheets smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and the bed was really uncomfortable plus the duvet was tiny.

Located in a shady place and the entire building looks shady. Very limited amenities. No towels or soap. Just wanted to get out of there ASAP. Stay away from this place if your coming with family.

Cheaper hotel for staying at Geneva Airport as it is in the French sector. Wasn't happy that when us six blokes turned up, we had been given tandem rooms which means a queen bed, even though we had requested two single beds on the booking. The gentleman at reception was not prepared to help us at first and it was only by standing our ground there at the front desk and pointing out the single room request, that he went off to see what he could do. I understand that his system was down at that time (he told us), but this is still no excuse for the unhelpful welcome. To top it off, most of the communal showers on our floor had no shower gel in the dispensers.

Simple but nice place, it’s good for a quick pit stop. Rooms were clean, heater was excellent, showers were clean and the staff were really nice and helpful.

Small room but comfy.

After 11 hours of travelling we were unable to get into the rooms we had booked. It took us the evening to sort out and meant we had no time to go out for a meal or take away - so we went to bed having only had some sandwiches for lunch that day feeling very hungry! Apparently, one of the rooms we had booked they had not received payment for, so wanted to charge us again. We showed our receipts for payments of both rooms and only the tourist tax of one euro to pay, but the hotel was adamant we had not paid and said we had to pay again! Contacting hotel.con was a nightmare as they had no phone number that worked. In the end via an online chat forum we finally got through to a human being, who was eventually able to sort it out! The hotel was sent the Expedia payment (the method hotel.com had sent the payment to them) again and finally the hotel receptionist let us have our rooms! Not great after a long day of travelling and we were all hungry but had no food!

Due to the price i was expecting less, and I must admit it was way better than expected, the guy in Reception did great communicating in English with us in a friendly way.

It cannot be called a hotel. Basic I can handle. But this was awful. It was extremely noisy all night and into the morning. And before any member of management makes the argument that this is what hotels are like, sorry no! They are not. The walls are paper thin. The showers were abysmal. We had a choice of two. One didn't have any hot water. The second didn't have any lighting! The room was cold. The heater looked like it had been salvaged from a WWII shipwreck, due to the amount of rust on it. The list goes on. If you have have the choice between a Siberian Prison and this place, give it some thought.
