Great staff, however if you plan on staying. The ac is not guaranteed to work and also the adapter didn’t work. But apart from that everything is great

Poor poor poor!!!!!! Triple room not as advertised. Very deceiving, room was like a box. I want a least some of our money back

Although we booked 3 months ahead we still had to make our own bed. Breakfast was so basic that they also don’t have plates so we had to eat off the tray. When we put eggs into the boiler 2 were floating. Room was so small for 3 people that I booked for we had to leave the luggage in the car couldn’t move around with 2 people let alone 3 . Stay away and pay a little more. Don’t have breakfast even if it’s free.

It is a 2 star budget hotel and you can certainly tell that by the facilities. However, it was adequate for an overnight stay. Room was clean if a little small and basic. Not many staff but they were courteous. Basic breakfast provided but again was to be expected.

Whilst we were walking upstairs and along the passage on the third floor, the entire corridor smelled extremely strong of weed. We were nearly sick and place felt extremely damp and had a strong stench.
We entered the rooms and found them very hot and stuffy. There was no fan or aircon and no flow of air and we felt suffocated.
On opening the window it was too noisy and let in mosquitoes.
This was unbearable and unacceptable.

The reason for my not giving a top mark is that the hotel was in the process to make the handicapped (PMR) rooms, therefore we did not stay at this particular hotel. However the staff and manager made sure an alternative accommodation was available at the same rate to another hotel from the Ibis group as close as possible. They also ensured that we were looked after whilst they were doing so. We would like to thanks them for their effort.

A very warm welcome at the reception. Chatty and obliging staff. A very comfortable bed but my room was adjacent to a fire door and although no one was slamming it and most guest were very respectful and quiet, it was still disturbing. Stained and very tired industrial carpet in the corridors and rather ugly building. Breakfast: no wasting time in choosing - strict minimum continental (not even a fresh fruit in site). Please suggest a public transport itinerary to Google! It's doable and far cheaper than a local taxi ride with a grumpy, bordering rude, multi-tasking city driver on steroids.

Used this hotel as a stop off point during a long trip, rooms small and basic but had all we need for the 1 night. And for the £29 is cost us I think it was a pretty good deal. Anyone looking for a evening meal while staying here I strongly recommend the crocodile restaurant just a 5min walk away

Staff were really nice, room was clean and tidy, nice shower. Big problem was that I am a non smoker and was in a smoking room - it stank of stale smoke.

We the name of the hotel says it all. The room was pretty small but you get what you pay for. The bedding was good the room had a king size beds with a single bunk bed above.Ideal for small families. But still gives you the crampt space feeling.No lift in the building so wheelchair users have to ensure to request a ground floor flat.

This is great for the price. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the cleaning staff were rude and ignored the shh signs. Cant say its because Im English as my husband is French and he found them rude too. Other than that, all fine.
