It was very close to trasport there is a bus station right in front of the hotel, the staff was also pretty friendly. There was a power outage due to bad weather but they were so kind to explain what happened and give us directions to get services elsewhere. The entire place was really nice for what you pay for it, we had some issues with some towels being a little stained, but that was also excusable because they were really consistent with changing them and being understandable. The rooms are a little tight, especially for three people, for example there isnt a special area for a whole bathroom, the shower and the toilet and sink arw just kind of built into the room, but again for what you pay, it's understandable.

It was as 105° and the air conditioning was very poor. Had to get a fan. The reason we stayed in this hotel was, it said they had a/c. My partner was so disgusted and uncomfortable that he left a day early. Usually Ibis is decent but after this experience, I won’t return.

It was clean ans comfortable

Very small room, booked a room for 3 persons but we were not comfortable at all. Even we were travelling with bag pack, still we didn’t have any room to keep our luggage. The toilet is very small and the bathroom was an utter nightmare because it’s in the centre of the room and anyone can see you showering because no curtains.No fan or AC in the room. Very unwelcoming staff. The train station is 15min walk away not 5min as per the description.

Great quiet neigbourhood near Marne River and Bois de Vicennes a huge forest in the middle of Paris. Clean simple rooms at good price. Health food store, grocery on street accessed through back courtyard. Some good restaurants on the street.

it is good for short stay.

You should not expect too much with that price but the worst thing for me was the fact the bedclothes smelled with cigarettes and I had the overall impression that the room is dirty and stuffy

They provide 2 bath towels only for 3 people's everyday beside first day. Everyday ask for front desk for 1 more. No hand towel no hair dryer. When ask for hair dryer they say don't have it and no other information. Next day with other worker say $20 deposit and refund the money when it returned. Why didn't tell me in the beginning. :( room is very tiny. No air condition, no fan. Washroom you have to open the door to wipe.. you have space only for rest leg. Every space us toooo tiny.

Clean, efficient and with good restaurants in the neighborhood

The area was good however the lift was on maintenance during the stay.

It is a lie about parking !!no parking- you need to find it yourself on the street which we did 5 min from hotel and paid 9 euro for 14 hr stay ...but on the price list in car park was price 30 pounds for 24 hr ...no air conditioning in the room - please remove from your web AS HOTEL doesn't match description. Rooms and breakfast was ok ..but bed was making noise when you turning at night. Local area good,has a lot of shops .

The beds were really uncomfortable to the point where our bodies hurt! Some of the rooms said non smoking but people smoked in them. The top bunk wasn't made ever and the blankets had cigarette burns in them.
