This hotel was an absolute dream! The front desk is so accommodating also. The food in the restraunt may be pricey but It is well deserved! Everything was great! 10/10!!

My family and I loved the room. The breakfast was delicious , and the fitness center has a punching bag; perfect for hard-working men.

Everyone was great. The hospitality was the best I’ve ever had. The bed however was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on, hard as a rock. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the bed and how awful we slept.

Had a problem checking in! Had requested adjoining rooms which we didn’t get! We did however get our valet parking for free after a day of waiting! There was no ice on our floor after our check in. The rooms were nice!

All around great stay. The hotel
Is just beautiful. Free coffee downstairs in the grab and go market. I just wish I was told that there was a car available for short trips. I would have utilized this rather than relying on Uber. I wasn’t made aware until sunday evening after checking in of Friday. My room attendant was awesome. I don’t recall her name sorry. But she was so pleasant everytime she tended to my room. Beautiful hotel was fun exploring while having my morning coffee.

Disappointed my room was not yet ready upon arriving after 5:15pm. Had to wait about 15 minutes for housekeeping to finish prepping the room.

We travel a lot but this is our first time in Baton Rouge. 10/10 would stay here again. Staff is off the charts in willingness to assist!! Loved it!

Stayed here from a friends recommendation and won’t pass up a chance to stay again. Staff was amazing! Beautiful hotel and had an amazing meal at The Gregory!

This hotel goes above and beyond...we had an emergency at home and they were able to cancel and not charge us the rest of the week...that speaks for itself...super clean... amazing valet... delicious room service and just all around Amazing ❤️❤️❤️

Very clean property. There are some good restaurants nearby and easy to walk to. Areas outside of 3-4 blocks are a little sketchy so just be on the lookout. Would definitely stay here again.

The service was wonderful! The woman at the desk checked my husband and I in quickly. The room was beautiful and made us feel rich and fancy although the bed could have been a little more comfy. When it was time to leave the checkout process was very quick and simple. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Got a fabulous rate thanks to points; good room; amazing shower!!! Pillows were not my favorite (too soft/flat). Had dinner at restaurant—best steak in Louisiana! Excellent waitress-Mackenzie.

Watermark is a lovely oasis in downtown Baton Rouge. The staff is top notch—friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was great and had a good kids menu. Would definitely stay here again for a future trip.

Great hotel. Wonderful restaurant. My only complaint is the duvet on our bed seems as if it has been washed and dried to many times. It has little balls all in it instead of being fluffy.

Everything was excellent, the staff was awesome from the minute I opened my door at the Valet! Very attentive and very nice, Mr. Bill made a real impression on my son and I!!
