Had a great one night stay. Great if you’re landing late and need to start your vacay the next day!

Good hotel but bot very well maintained (deep cleaning missing). Nice breakfast on rooftop together with swimming pool.

I recently stayed at Infinity8 in Jimbaran and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were given a room that not only lacked a view but also had a strong, unpleasant odor. After expressing our concerns, we were able to request a new room; however, we were surprised to find that we had to pay a significant additional charge for the upgrade. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Despite the rooms being cleaned daily, there was consistently sand on the floors—even right after cleaning. Additionally, there were remnants of soap left on the bathroom tiles, which was quite off-putting. While the service from the staff was generally acceptable, communication was often a challenge due to their limited English proficiency. This made requesting assistance or expressing concerns somewhat frustrating. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was quite poor, and the quality did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, my stay at Infinity8 was not what I had hoped for. With better attention to room conditions, cleanliness, and service quality, this hotel could significantly improve the experience for its guests. I would recommend considering other options in Jimbaran until these issues are addressed.

Great starting point for our Bali holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

The styling of the property. On ground floor. They need to improve on Decor.

Easy process

Had to wait until 2pm for the room key after checking in at 1.15 pm. Not a problem as check in was from 2pm, then had to wait a further 20 minutes to be told my room was not available until 8pm. This was unacceptable and then they offered different rooms that was essentially a downgrade!!!. I waited patiently for the staff to come up with an alternative. Then shown another room that was again a downgrade and no windows,like a prison cell!! Insisted on seeing a manager and eventually after much discussion they offered me a suite for duration of my stay. Result!!! But they admitted they had extended the check out for the previous guests at my expense. They knew this at1.15 and failed to advise me then. All's well that ends well but the lack of ownership for failure was shocking
