This hotel is a wonderful place for location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Love the free breakfast and free drinks at night. Very nice hotel. We would definitely stay here again. If i had 1 thing negative to say then it would be room service never came or came too late. We had to go get replacement towels and take trash out ourselves. But no biggie. The rooftop bar staff Val and JD were wonderful servers.

Love this hotel and the balcony room! Location is amazing, staff equally so and the Up on the Roof hotel restaurant has got mountain views on one side and city views on the other with some fantastic food and drinks to go with it. No better place to stay for our family.

My go to hotel and working in Greenville. It's right on the river convenient enough for walking to main Street and checking out downtown Greenville.
The embassy suite has a social hour which is nice. And also has a lovely restaurant/crafts cocktail bar up on the roof... And a Ruth's Chris in the lobby.
I have been back many times and probably will continue to do so in the future when returning to Greenville.

I loved the location, the riverwalk, the scene and the hospitality and the breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel. I'm not an animal lover so I don't like the idea of the fur babies throughout the hotel.I think there should be a certain floor assigned to guests with pets. The floor I was on for the hotel had a bad odor and to I saw fleas in my room. That was the only thing I hated about my stay.

The property is very nice, good amenities, eg. gym, breakfast. I wish they would move towards a more sustainable environment, ie, use alternatives to single use plastics and they should establish a recycling program. The city of Greenville, to my knowledge, does not offer curbside recycling which is a sad problem in itself. This could be mitigated somewhat at the corporate level if companies like Hilton would take the lead and do the right thing.

Nice place but had a bad room view. It faced the back parking lot instead of the Riverwalk.

Wonderful stay. We parked, and never left. We got there around 4pm, wonderful views, free happy hour at 5:30pm. Had dinner at Ruth Chris, burger was amazing. Walked to concer at peace center, it was a 5 minute walk. Walked back and went to the rooftop bar for a nightcap. Woke up and had fresh omelet at the free breakfast. You just can’t beat the perks that come with the hotel. Very nice

Property was clean and neat until this morning when my husband used the restroom in the lobby and someone had vomited all over the place! The woman doing the clean up at the breakfast this morning worked her tail off making sure the area was clean and neat and she was very friendly. Minna at the rooftop bar was very friendly and on top of her game!

Could have been kept up a lot nicer. One day in particular there were cracker crumbs all over the floor in the lobby from at least 8 am until around 5 pm. It looked dispicable!
We chose to try a different hotel in Greenville as we really enjoy coming up there, I'd say we probably will be going back to our original place the AC hotel. many of the staff really need to learn to be more attentive and not act as if the person in front of them is taking up their time. As a former GM it was imperative my staff knew who paid their income thus take care of your customers was the utmost priority!

I've stayed at this property before, which is why I returned. This time was a little less impressive - the snacks that they put out for guests weren't replenished after repeated follow up to get my 10-year-old something to snack on and it really wasn't met with any genuine sincerity. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working and we had bought groceries that spoiled and not safe to eat, again it was not met with any genuine sincerity for resolution. The breakfast was decent. The overall service at the hotel was lacking this time for some reason - it was a bit disappointing.
