Our beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. The owner Patti helped us immediately when we had a bit of trouble with the TV. (We are older, tech challenged!) The hotel is located just a 12 minute walk to the Old Orchard Beach amusement area, where there are rides and food galore. I think the place is slowly getting a makeover with the new owners, and with a little paint and leaf blowing the porches, the outside will look as nice as the inside!

The property was kindof old, the swimming pool was across a busy roadway.

The place was very clean, but comfort of beds was terrible! The need new beds. The sink and sqweek terrible every time you move.

Room was horrible, no lamp just a shade, blinds didn’t cover the window, tv didn’t work & the man that checked us in was so rude, told us if we were expecting the Hilton..”this ain’t it”!

Absolutely no interaction- very unprofessional-

Parking is very tight, and the tiny pool is located on the other side of the road and shared by another property (Marvin Gardens) owned by the same people/company. No one was in the office when we arrived around 6PM and they just left the key to the room in the door, which is more like a bedroom in a shared home with its own private bathroom attached (The shower was very nice though).

I enjoyed the area this lodge was in and that parking was right out front. Unfortunately, that’s about all the pros I have. The check-in was stressful as I received a call at 6pm that the staff will be leaving in a few minutes and that we must check in by then. I must mentioned that check-in was listed as 3pm-8pm! It was a good thing we were already down the street and we were able to make it on time. The room itself was not cleaned — crumbs were left on the table, shower floor felt sticky, dust all over the fan and furniture, etc. At one point, I needed an extra towel but there was no one in the office to help us. Instead there was a sign saying that staff will be on site at 2pm. Overall, I would not recommend saying at this lodge with all things considered.

Noisy. Was put in the room next to the loud slamming exit door. Nothing had been done about echo. Bed was broken and quiet literally caved in. Toilet paper roll holder was broken. Could feel sand in the bed and I hadnt been to the beach.

There were only two rooms on the side we had our room. The upstairs rooms accessed the building from the other side. Some of the rooms were in cabins. The room had a mini kitchenette. The pool is across the street at the other property they own. The beach is a bit of a distance but visible down the street but it was too hot to walk so we drove there. The front desk person was only there till 6 but gave us three numbers to call if we needed anything. Overall it was clean, air conditioned and had Wi-Fi and cable tv. The bed was extremely squeaky every time you sat on it or turned over but comfortable enough. We were happy to stay there for the night.

The room was clean . Not enough towels and toilet paper to fulfill our stay .

The guy who checked us in was great! Very friendly and gave us recommendations on where to go to eat. We arrived pretty early and he checked us in and let us park even though we couldn’t go to our room for a few hours. Overall good experience !

It was perfect for our stay-close to the ocean, comfortable sleeping, air conditioned and clean. My life long friend and I enjoyed our time in OOB

Pool was across a busy street. Our lodging was clean, but in a house across the street from the rest of the motel units. It ws like being in an apartment house.

We went on a long weekend family trip the rooms were very nice and updated. The owners were very pleasant and Very friendly I would definitely return again to stay.

Hole in floor, bathroom and porch. No mirror in bath or any place. Could not shave. No sink in bathroom. Wash in the sink. No shade in kitchen window, could see right bathroom. Outlines were lose,fan, air conditioning,and refrigerator, in same plug. Not to safe.

This place was disgusting. There were cobwebs everywhere on inside the property and the amount of bugs we had to kill was disgusting. There was an infestation of spiders all over the bathroom. If this were my house i would have called an exterminator. I washed this property more then my house the 2 nights i was there. Would not recommend staying here.

As I read in another review, we also were across the street from the picture. We were not near the pool. The room was nice and clean. They should update the mattresses and go with queen size beds rather than just double. But overall and compared to other places it was fine. We were there to attend a wedding.

Everyone was very friendly. Our room was clean and beachy.. It was quiet and comfortable.

I had to cancel. The place looked like a dump outside! Pickup trucks with broken headlights, a]eared to be broken down trucks in same drive, hous looked like something out of an old horror movie. Also this wasnt Marvin Gardens like i booked. It was Pineview- i guess thier other property across the street from which has NO pool! Poorly mirepresentation!

The paint was peeling in the shower. The furniture is old. Smells like cigarettes! The place just needs to be completely renovated.

Quick walk down to the ocean and staff was very friendly and available when needed

We went up for a night first time going so wasn’t to sure how close it was going to be to everything. Was not a bad walk. We were across the street not near the pool. Don’t let that picture fool yeah when you are booking a room. We didn’t care because it was a little chilly out so we didn’t use the pool. The room was clean but had no place to sit outside. So ask when booking. Other then that would book again...

This motel should not be listed with Hotels.com - it is sub standard in construction and therefore comfort, it has very poor street appeal and as such does little to enhance Hotels.com as a booking site. In addition there was a serious drug issue on our arrival that required both police and ambulance attendance

If youre looking for a place to sleep its a good place. Was fairly clean but outdated.
