Hotel was very accommodating and staff was very friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights as my sons graduation was being held here. Our room was excellent and very quite considering we were above and opposite the swim up bar and pool area. The outside bath was awesome. The room was nice and big shower had great pressure and the bed was really comfortable. So many young staff here who were incredible they really looked after you and helped at every occassion. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and a good selection. The hotel is also really close to the airport and great views from the lounge on the roof.

Love the rich breakfast menu varieries. Staffs are nice and friendly. Rooms and property are clean, appreciate the works of the cleaning and housekeeping staffs. Jimbaran beach across thh jg r hotel. Seafood restaurant by the beach and many on the right side, but prepare for the cost. Airport is only 20 mins driving.

Everything was fantastic

We were only staying 2 nights as we were travelling further and the hotel is close to the airport with great dining around. Pool was nice and the food in the hotel was excellent too. Highly recommend unless you want crowds of people.

The hotel room did not look like the pictures at all. It was much smaller, dirty, smelled, and had a horrible view of the back of a small, unkept temple. I tried asking for an upgrade, knowing I’d have to pay for the different in room price, and the front desk only offered the most expensive family suite which was 5x the cost of the room I booked. I ended up just staying for one night and then booking a different hotel for the rest of my stay, knowing I wouldn’t get a refund. When I went to checkout early, the front desk said I won’t be getting a refund since I stayed for one night already, but could’ve if I never stayed that one night…. Very dishonest of her to not have mentioned that when I initially reached out about how dissatisfied I was. I had even mentioned I’d be looking for a different hotel room. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Very nice and quite area to stay

Staff were lovely and we loved our room. The property itself was a little tired, with a small pool area and not much around the resort other than seafood restaurants and the beach. Nice for a short stay.

To noisy...

The hotel is nice. The reception staff is very nice and kind. However, the food service (not the food itself) could be improved. We've ordered once a smoothie bowl and took 30min. We also had a dinner and oredered a starter and 2 mains with 2 juices. It took around 45 min and the starter came all together with the mains. We asked twice about our juices and had our dinner with no drinks (They gave us a glass of water after 50min). After almost 1hour they brought the juices (Fiod was already finished). They did not even offer any discount (Which is usually considered for customer service) until I asked for that and was denied (they told me to have a juice for free the day after, but I told them I was checking out) and they didnt offer anything else. That should be looked into, as 1hs for a fresh juice is too long..

Avery nice hotel set accosts the road from Jim Aran beach and it’s beach side cafes and restaurants Location was excellent but unfortunately the beach is unusable due to the rubbish If you head to the other side of the island towards nusa dua beaches are much cleaner Pool at the hotel was great Staff great although a little more training would be good as we attended the Friday bbq we order our food and we’re brought the bill before we had eaten or had a drink - something for the hotel to work on We had a breakfast option which was ok fruit and eggs everyday with a variety of local dishes We were advised before booking and before che king in that there were works at the roof top bar this would be from 9-5 pm This often went on until 8 or 9 but did not impact is too much The works it stated are due to finish mid March but I would expect end of April is more realistic Overall a good hotel fir the money and a pleasant stay Would book again

Free upgrading to better room during our stay. The beach is famous for many seafood restaurants. We love everything from this hotel. The 3rd-party service of motobike rental was not friendly (she was making sure that we were not stealing her bikes by taking our pictures using the motobike).

Jimbaram is a dump don’t go there! The hotel is fine with lovely staff but the area is shocking. The beach is full of plastic and the whole area has been left behind in a big way. There are no shops or cafes and only a couple of rip off seafood joints.

Constant issues with staff, room was not ready despite coming an hour after check-in. Location is great but would rather choose a different location next time if it meant less issues.

The personal are very frendly the food is gread and its a quwait place

This property has beautiful views of sunset from rooftop bar. There are very nice seafood BBQ restaurants just across the road. When I asked the staff to recommend a nice seafood bbq place, they recommended hotel owner’s cafe. This was just average. There are better ones just across the road. The property is away from central Bali and other happening area.

Our stay at Jimabaran Bay Beach Hotel & Spa was excellent! The facilities were kept well, and the staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Super-fast walk to Jimbaran Beach (just across the street) for great seafood. This was was a great place to relax for our last few days on Bali!

The beech and food are amazing

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Grounds and room were beautifully maintained. I had slight trouble with my room key, and the view wasn't of the beach. I believe there may need to be updates needed for the website's photos. But overall my stay was great.

The first room i got looked out to a yellow wall. Not ideal. I was ready to move hotels but the staff went over and beyond and put me in a great room. By far the staff made my stay very enjoyable.

This hotel was lovely. Cute pool area with swim up bar. Nice rooms open rooms. Great service and friendly staff. The spa was simple and relaxing. Good food with lots of options at the restaurant. Wonderful sunset views on the roof. Transportation options.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was abysmal. Let's start with the first room they tried to put us it. It was connected to another room and we could clearly hear the person scrolling through TikTok in the room that was connected. There was no chance of anyone feeling okay sleeping in a room like this. Especially when they are branding it as a "luxury experience" for the same price during this trip we have been able to book Villa style rooms disconnected from anyone. Also, this room had a horrible stench in it like it was a smoking room at one point that someone sprayed air freshener in 10 minutes before we walked in. Luckily they were able to put us in another room that was not connected to another room. We decided to just bite the bullet and go get one of the complimentary free drinks on the roof balcony that we were offered. This is where we learned the free drinks are actually for juices like apple juice, not a cocktail. it would have felt better if they just didn't offer any "free drinks" at all. Oh well, let's at least look at the awesome view on the roof and relax for a moment. NOPE. Someone had reserved the whole area with the view on the roof. that night we learned that it is actually the walls that are incredibly thin. We could hear people all the way down the hall and would wake up every morning clearly hearing any activity in the hall or the room next to us. We decide to stay somewhere else the entire time even though we cant get a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

The room was satisfactory, however I had trouble sleeping with a noisy air conditioner which I couldn’t turn down. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There are Balinese paintings, but no Balinese connection with the unique Balinese culture . The balinese people are gentle ,very polite and very giving. Coming to Bali is a privilege. You can learn just a few greetings in Balinese and you will be given every help with a beautiful smile and you will belong. This Hotel does nothing to promote or give back to Balinese culture.

I felt the hotel was outdated, the pictures make it look much better than the hotel really is. food was not great.
