staff very understanding and helpful during the covid situation

Finding the reception was tricky at first, it was hidden in the back corner of a 24/7 Mart. We then walked up a narrow stairase to the 3rd floor and entered our room. I'm going to say the bathroom had not been cleaned there was still a soap sitting in the shower, splash marks on the mirror, toothpaste in the sink and hair in the toilet and small ants around the room. We didnt expect much for the price of the room, but this is just something you expect to be clean. Walking back one night a rat ran down towards me on the staircase lol. I found the staff members to be the best thing about this place they were helpful, especially in the mart, happy to change $100 notes and help out when they can.

The worst hotel we had in Phnom Penh. Receptionist do not speak English correctly. You have to speak cambodian. First room was very wet and dirty. We tried to explain the problem and change the room but receptionist no understood at the beginning... After we had another room. Little bit better because cleaned and dry, but not very clean too. No service room, not really an hostel... just a shop with an owner which bought the building to create appartements and rent it... If you want quality and do not be sick, one thing to do : run away !

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to several attractions, however, the cleanliness of my room was questionable. There is no rooftop terrace, no bar/lounge as described and no nice sitting areas as indicated in the photo on website. Furthermore, I suffered severe bedbug bites to arms, legs and torso for which I had to seek medical attention. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The convenience store on the 1st flr was much more expensive than Circle K nearby.

I had to wait for check-in, and reception could be friendlier. The room is small, but comfortable, and everything was working....tv, AC, hot water. Overall a good stay, and I would stay again...great location, good price.

We arrived around midnight to be told they overbooked, but they had a room for us at their other location, just a few meters away. We had booked a private double and ended up in a dorm. But it didn't really bother us as we were the only ones in the dorm. The next morning, we moved to our room. Someone had smoked in it before, so not the best smell when you enter the room; it also smelled a little bit of damp.Towels were provided (not in the dorm), along with basic toiletries, which was nice. Staff wasn't the friendliest, but they let us leave our luggages for the day in the back room after we checked out since we had to catch a night bus and didn't want to carry them around all day. Overall we had a good stay. Location is good, which for us, was the most important. I think it's good value for what you pay.

Found a kind of indifference towards Asians. Rooms were not at all comfortable, AC not cooling, for the capacity. English speaking staff is rare.

Travel in a group of 3 friends. Our room is on the 3rd floor, the staffs were nice and assisted us to carry 2 of our big luggage. Note, there is no elevator. Elderly please request for lower floor. Our room is clean n big, the toilet comes with a long bath. Instant hot water for shower. Bed n Aircon is ok. WiFi signal is On and Off, at times difficult to connect. House Keeping upon request. The location is great... near the Palace, Museum and Riverside. Plenty of restaurant around. The staffs made a great team and is always polite and smiley. We extended our stay here. Good value for money.

The hotel was great, great location, quiet, friendly staff, large rooms. Wehave booked another stay there. Would recommend.

For a $20 or less per night room there is a $50 charge if a towel or the bedding is stained. The sheet on the bed was so worn that you could see through it. The bed was like sleeping on something unexplainable, every bed spring pushed on you everywhere. The Miskito situation was not good either.

The hotel is in a lively neighbourhood and one block from the Natonal Museum, and close to the Royal Palace grounds. One block from the FCC, and nice shops. The staff was efficient and accommodating. There is a lot of construction in the ‘hood, but I didn’t hear it from my room on First floor. Good wifi.

Worst ever!!!! Stay away!!!!

I had a room with a window opening on the stairway (hallway). No ventilation so it smelled really damp. The next morning i was woken up by the smell of kitchen smoke in my room - i guess the kitchen exhaust was near my room so that was unpleasant.The room itself was small, no closet, no bed side table, tv wasnt working, no fridge as advertised on the hotels.com app. You feel like you are boxed in.Also, i could hear the water pipes in the walls every time my neighbor from upstairs would use the bathroom.I checked out the next morning and went a few meters down (Nawin guesthouse) - much better room for $2 more (balcony, high ceilings, tv, fridge, closet, free coffee in the room).

Firstly the good the-the sheets were clean The not so good -No hot water -Broken toilet seat-Leaking aircon and didnt work properly-No Wi-Fi -Dirty conditions The not so bad - No quilt cover it was the sheet then the quilt and then that was it. A little gross considering the amount of people that wouldve stayed there.
