Staff are very helpful but place is very dirty.
Nothing works properly.Spider mites on the walls. Bathroom is dirty , nowhere to place your toilet bags, clean clothes or clean towels in the bathroom. Refrigerator is dirty and no milk in it. Carpet is so gross.

Very noisy in the room can hear downstairs door bans, people talking and gaming machine noise all night. My room window is face inside, once open it can see directly downstairs pub and cigarette smoke coming from the window.
The whole room got very strong cigarette smell and never go away even with the window open and fan on.
Carpet is very dirty, bed frame is broken, electrical powerpoint not installed properly.

Bathroom is very dirty. Only one toilet and 2 bathrooms for men. Rats in the stair area.

You can stay there if you don't have other choice. It's very difficult when you share a bathroom and showers to 5 other rooms. Service is not available. There is no consideration of early check-in. Manager is kind of strict, you have to check-in 02.00 PM no matter what. No one asked in 5 days stay if you need anything. Bathroom and shower need more attention.

Not sure what to say but have been double charged for my room payment through Hotel.com plus hotel to my credit card and charged me again as they said they hadn’t received payment from hotel.com will not be using the hotel again after staying there on 3 other separate occasions

this was absolutely the most disgusting hotel i’ve ever been to regardless if it’s a “pub motel” it was the most unhygienic place i’ve ever seen. the bathrooms were revolting! (bathrooms are shared) also NEVER got cleaned. the sheets & pillows we got given were DIRTY literal fresh stains of god knows what it was putrid. i took pictures of everything and requested a refund of the days i’m not going to be at the hotel due to myself finding else where to stay as it was just too disgusting to stay in and was refused the money i’m entitled to. will be going to consumer affairs

There are no bathrooms and toilet attached to the room. They are communal.
The toilets and bathroom are dirty, smelly. The mirrors and other fittings had rust on them.
The tv in the room has no service. I had bed bugs in my bed.
The room smelled musky even tho it was empty and meant to be freshly cleaner.

It’s a typical room above a dingy pub sort of place. Shared bathroom, very dirty room, a concerning amount of blood stains on an uncovered doona. You get what you pay for I guess but it was pretty pathetic.

The hotel noisy and not recommended if one is is looking for some quite places. The toilet and bathrooms facilities needs to be shared and its stinky and dirty.

Shared facilities are filthy, they’ve got paper taped to the walls to cover the vents in the bedrooms and it’s moldy. Cracks in the walls and broken furtniture in the rooms, rubbish left in the hallways.
The parking is a lie, it’s 4 hour only in the parking lot.
Tried to end my stay early due to the state of the place and was refused. Booked 3 nights and only stayed for 1. Waste of money.

I was pay for 8 days, but i leave from first night, i can't stay in it dirty bathrooms very dirty no light at all in toilet, and no one call me back to ask why i leave? I don't advise to any one go there very bad

A jug of water kept in the room would be best, otherwise it was good experience.

The noise on Friday night was horrendous We purchased earplugs on Saturday and they helped a little, The towels were so small that trying to wrap it around my waist resulted in it going from one hip to the other I am a size 42.
The shower room floors were always flooded. The location would have been perfect for our purpose and at least the price was very good

Health and safety warning. Stay away like a plague.
Hotel hasn't been properly cleaned at least for a month. Bathroom is filled with moulds, soap scums, broken window, hairs all over the floor, used ear wax cleaners on the floor.
Toilet has poo marks lol over it. Snots on the walls.
Broken windows covered by spider webs.
Room walls are covered with coffee and food marks.
I have documented everything if someone needs an evidence.

Overall, great location, the bed was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were lovely and friendly. But the rooms are very old and very dated, I didn’t shower there because the shower wasn’t very clean. No I would stay there again but I would have to be desperate.

My overall problem with this hotel was that I did not have a bathroom in my room. When looking at the property amenities it showed a bathroom with the particular room I was looking at to book. When I arrived I found out it was a shared bathroom for the entire floor. Also, the picture of the bathroom on the website is not the bathroom that was available. Parking is another issue. There is a lot next to the property but you can only park durring certain hours.
