This one night was a stop gap between the airport and resort booked with friends. Everything was top notch. Probably the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in and I've been a lot of places around the world. Holiday Inn is where we stay unless others are doing the booking as a group. Well done!

Holiday Inn was very beautiful and safe. Staff was kind and attentive and even brought ice to my room for my foot when I got injured on my trip. Very grateful for their compassion.

"Excellent staff, especially Aria not sure is correct name, went above & beyond by helped with my cab payment when I ran out of cash. The driver who took me to the airport was also amazing. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent. I will definitely be back. Kudos to the team!"

Unfortunately the hallways are very noisy through the night. Room above and next to us were very noisy. The walls and ceilings allow noise to penetrate. Very disturbing sleep.

Second time using the hotel after arriving in the late evening. Its a great place to go to when flying in or out, and the free airport transfer is excellent. I have not stayed longer than 1 night so cannot comment of the hotel is good for that, but the rooms are clean and comfortable

Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Thwy supplied a complimentary pick up from the airport. Bedding was great including 2 options for pullows..soft/firm. Given a complimentary drink voucher. Brekky was lovely...especially the omlettes. It was my husbands birthday so there was a fruit platter on our room arrival. Would torally recommend.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were a bit dirty when we checked in. I feel the sheets were not changed so the next day I left the card for them to changed it. I took out the pillowcases to be washed and when we came back it looks like a fresh one was put on our bed. Overall experience satisfied.

As a gold member in the month of May I got an excellent price!
Initially I was interested in the Holiday Inn Resort, however due to the price decided on the Holiday Inn Express, was not disappointed.
I booked two rooms and although there was a small issue with one room, the management smoothed it over with swift attention.
The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!
Dinner we could eat at the two resort restaurants anyway and we enjoyed the Spa service.
Pool is on the top floor and the view is amazing!
Shout out to Ketut for exceptional attention at breakfast, Staff are A1 in the kitchen.
IHG has the best budget hotel that I have stayed at in Bali with this diamond!

We only stayed for 1 night when we fly into Bali, but we loved the property and the staff. It was a great short stay.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our flight back was early and I requested two breakfast boxes for us and sure enough one of the staff came in early to prepare them for us. We appreciated it and very grateful for the extra service they've provided.
