Location is very good and BTS is nearby and linkway to the EM district. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd times stayed in skyview.

Having stsyed here last year and in Phuket Resort for last 6 days we looked forward to a bot of luxury at the end of our Thai Vacation.
Comedy of errors.
Room was adjacent to a screaming child/ baby, change of toom put us on same floor at other end of screaming baby room, with adjoining door.
Moved immediately to another room.
No apology from rude management.
Ordered room sevice...2 x pizzas, took an hour to arrive. Sort of ready made pizza yu woukd get in a freezer section at a supermarket
..cold and inedible.
Rude and no apology from management.
Staff knowledge around bar pool...very poor.
Decking around pool dangerous and lifting.
Will not be gping back.

The hotel is only a few minutes’walk from Prom Phong BTS station and adjacent to Emporium Department Store. The location is excellent for donning, shopping and massaging.
Hotel per se is clean and trendy. Room is spacious enough for a comfy stay. The sky bar Mojjoo is a good place to chill. Overall experience of stay is good.

The hotel was Amazing, the room was spacious, clean and had good views.
Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety. Most dishes were cold and not hot at all.

This is a more high class and upscale building. The structure and decor of this place felt brand new. Unlike other hotels that you can see the age of the building or poor craftsmanship, this hotel was incredible.

Beautiful hotel right smack down in the middle of the city. This place is great for folks looking to view the city and all it has to offer. There are many malls, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel also offers a sky bar that has stunning views of the city.

The hotel has a great location and nice rooms, but the only downside of this second visit, which was not evident on the previous occasion, was the attitude of the staff during breakfast. They were not smiling and generally looked stressed and unhappy, as evidenced in their tone and interactions with guests.

The services of concierges, cleaber s and receptions are good. But, the lifts always passed through our floor. It requires to wait for a long time.

It was a very good stay but just to take note the gym is located on the 8th floor, if you are staying on the 9th to 12th floor you might hear some noise during the early morning and late nights due to the weights slamming on the ground. Suggestion for the hotel to forbid 24hrs usage of gym for weights, else to install additional soundproofing for the weights lifting area. Thanks.
