Modern hotel, clean and spacious. Only drawback were the paper thin walls and door. We could hear the tv and even the ringing of the phone in the next room. We could also hear coversations in the hallway clearly, as if there was no door at all.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very poor overall cleanliness, considering a new(er) property. Inattentive housekeeping, towels were changed once for a 5-night stay and once a dirty towel from the floor with visible dirt was rehung.

Beautiful property. Wonderful breakfast. Large room with double kings was a nice surprise. Tub/shower valve needed replacement, but overall a wonderful room.

Everything was nice and clean, and that’s most important to me. I would have appreciated friendlier staff, for sure! We are locals going to the hotel because of plumbing issues in our home, so a kind smile would have been nice. I also would have appreciated reference to the pet fee and pet deposit on the website when I made the reservation!! The showerhead was wimpy, but the biggest problem was the mattress. It really, really needed rotating!!! I feared rolling off when I first laid down! Finally, we were placed at the end of the hall on the first floor, and could hear traffic from the freeway all night. Requesting a room on a higher floor would help.

The staff was amazing Maria was so helpful when we got out room the smoke detector was cripping and when we called the front desk she quickly came and changed it for us overall she was amazing. Only wish the rooms were cleaner and the headboards were not falling apart however we always clean the rooms when go to hotels.

Our go-to hotel when we come visit Lubbock as it is the most affordable and decent hotel. Feel safe and staff is nice. Rooms are decent and like how you can get a suite for an affordable price! Only thing that made me feel uncomfortable during our recent stay was the mold in the A/C unit, which I can provide a picture of. Hope they look into it and get it taken care of for the safety of future guests.

I received a text from Days Inn and completed the advance check-in. When I got to the hotel, I was told the owner requires the credit card be scanned at the hotel and it was $100 deposit, rather than $50. I also asked about a possible VIP room upgrade. The clerk said she had no idea what I was talking about or how it worked.
The hotel was fine for the price but it would have been nice to have more than 1 cup in the room and a bar of soap for the sink and shower. You also have to scan a QR code every time you what to watch tv which is kind of a pain.

We were mistakenly assigned an ADA compliant room they could but wouldn’t correct. A milkshake was left in the refrigerator. Someone had smoked in the room in recent days. I wouldn’t recommend this location, as management takes no responsibility for their guests’ satisfaction it seems.

The service was as always very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the wait to check in was long - the agent at the desk was very pleasant but moved painfully slowly with the guests ckecking in ahead of me.

Good location. Great room size. Bathroom needed major work. Upgraded faucet was hard to turn on and off. Shower looked like it had been tiled in a hurry and lots of grout was on the walls. Have a dirty look to the shower. Toilet handle was broken when we came in, but thankfully my husband was able to screw it back on so it would flush. Was semi clean.

Comedy of errors, tv blaring came on at 12:30am on its own, fridge plug would not stay in, room was nice but smelled of spoiled milk, staff was nice.
