Location is right at freeway entrance, however traffic isn’t heard while in room. Stores & restaurants all nearby. Room is clean & I feel safe. Breakfast is probably the best we have encountered yet. Eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries & juices. Coffee is exceptional! We visit LBB every 2months or so. We’ve stayed at just about every hotel around, this is by far our favorite, for all the above reasons. Travel with pet as well & are always able to secure ground floor room. I would recommend this place to friends & family!

breakfast was horrible, hard biscuits, runny gravy and eggs, there was not enough to serve all guests

people were checking in and staff was nowhere to be found, my key card stopped working and had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to finally come around

That it allowed our dog

The vending machine and side door were out of order. The walkways and grounds around the hotel were not conducive for walking the dog. Lots of dog excrement and sticker burrs. The TV remote required batteries.

The rooms where nice and clean.

The outside looked creepy.

Was a little dated, not enough hot water for shower. Pool was closed

conveniently located to everything and was able to bring my dog for the trip. staff was so nice and courteous
