It had a jacuzzi in room

Our room was by the exit doors. The exit doors close loud literally. Rooms need to be soundproof, had hard time sleeping

The poor front desk lady had one of the hotel guests harassing her for a long time, or that's what it appeared like to me. He was up at her desk for at least a couple of hours and he already checked in/recieved his keys. I just had an uneasy feeling staying there. It seemed kind of sketchy especially since I had my kids. The staff was super friendly though...it was just the other guests.

Excellent location on the Loop. Close to restaurants and shopping. Double King Suite at $142 was an absolute steal! Hot breakfast was nice too.

My bathroom tub was filthy. The carpet had crumbs and dirt all around. And I did not eat in my room. So seems like nothing was cleaned but the beds. I do have pictures if needed. Elevator was filthy. No pride in this location at all.

My room had bed bugs and when I reported it it seems like no one really cared. That's crazy but if I bring them home I will be sending them a bill and we can deal with it in court.

My dads first room had bed bugs my room had nasty carpet the walls were paper thin there was a light outside pointed directly at my window the elevator heat making grinding noises and felt like it was gonna give out.
