Excellent service. Comfy bed. Overall, a must stay.

Grear location and stadd. Clean and attentive. Last night for i little crazy because an unruly women, which staff supported Nd handled professionally. The only mishap which is the only reason i would warn others i that i was conded. I was tired not st my best. I consumed plenty from .mimi par but was charged 350000 pesos. And since i was in hurry and lack of sleep i paid $340 thousand in mimi bar. Granted i didnt keep tap but im will to pay double to prove i paide 350k for soda and chips i went ba k eve even if i purchased w bouble wilhich indidnt if would be close. Its not so the money its the prin iple, im retur.ing in 2 weeks weeks. ND IF I DONT get itemize charge, all hell will brek lose. So after hotel.com, attempted attempts to rezolv3isses i will bring my crazy cubNd in 2 weeks and they rhey will know what cra,zy cuando r capable of doing so no matter how minuscule cant let someone fuck me. So ler mamagement known im cuban and a reckoning is coming their way if i reslove my pdoblem. I amd. Cra,zy ,cubN Nd if i dont feel vintidictice., a can of whoopnass will be unleaseleached on everyon.i promise rhar.but whw. Im mad i give a fuck. We feel very happy for the service, the attention, cleanliness, security of the area, the nearby restaurants.

I have been here several times and it is better than before with new rooms I just like this hotel for many many good reasons

the room is clean and bed is comfortable but it is too loud that I can hear people talking at the restaurant or at the lobby. The staff is very kind but they don't speak english so you'd better learn basic spanish.
