Excellent stay. Excellent front desk, excellent housekeeping, hardly any noise. Excellent location near mrt, parque shopping. Deans and deluca coffee,7/11 Loved free thai tea every Tuesday at hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel is clean and well maintained but does not offer much dining options in the walkable area. Hotel staff are friendly however at check in the receptionist informs the hotel does not have such policy to upgrade Expedia VIP Platinum which is not true since it is a VIP Access hotel and clearly the hotel is not busy and definitely has rooms to accommodate the upgrade. Staff should be trained better.

We will definitely stay at Modena again when we visit Bangkok, staffs are very nice. Hotel is very modern , new and super clean, I love the smell of the hallways, make me feel good when walk from the room to the elevator. Breakfast is excellent. Location is very convenient, few steps to MRT, and make it easy to travel around. Hotel locates very close to Queen SiriKit Convention Center, just by walking distance, about 5 minutes walk, make it easy to attend any event at the convention.

We stayed here when they first opened and liked it. This stay the shower had mold in it. It wasn’t very clean. My wife and I had fond memories from before of the place but it will be our last stay. The staff though is excellent.

Hotel good but don’t provide facecloths and only one roll of toilet paper .. come across as stingy and trying to save nickels and dimes … but for that would have given full marks

The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and professional. The Metro is right in front of the hotel. We had a very nice stay.

The property is clean. However the dining (or restaurants) around the area is limited.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even help to heat up our food and plating it nicely even though it was 2am in the morning. Location is superb, very quiet and only 2 mins walk to MRT and 1 station away from BTS (directly to Terminal 21), 5 mins walk to 7eleven. I’d definitely come back again and highly recommended it :)

The hotel stay was pleasent. There is a MRT station Sirikit just outside the hotel. You need to buy a MRT card to travel 1 stop to Asoke Terminal 21/ Sukumvit interchange station, and then buy anothe BTS card to get to the main shopping area. There is a small shopping mall opposit the hotel with a Food Street, but the choice is limited. The Starbucks coffee machine is available at the hotel lobby and a 7-11 nearby. If u dont mind the need to transfer from MTR to BTS, is a good place to stay.

It’s a nice hotel compared to the same 4* and better amenities.

Our experience staying at the Modena was fantastic. The hotel offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. But what made it even more special was the people who worked there., particularly the concierge. He went above and beyond, giving us recommendations and was spot on every time. The rest of the staff was also very nice, professional, and helpful, but the concierge was outstanding!

Everything was very perfect, except one receptionist who wasn't so friendly.

If you’re looking for a place to rest your head at night with great amenities, attentive staff, and ease of access metro access, Modena is your place. I have zero complaints about this place, and the breakfast was great! With all hotels in big cities, I recommend requesting for a room on the high level (above level 8) in order to avoid any street noise that may leak in. We were on floor 10 and had no issue at all. There’s also a local street market across the street I recommend going to if you have the chance!

Short stay near exhibition Center. Room is clean and breakfast is fairly simple.

Very near to National Convention Center.

Great location if attending trade shows. It's opposite the Convention Center and The Parc which has a great food court. If you are arriving by car, the entrance can be hard to find. There is a subway entrance just outside. The room was basic and clean, there's a gym and coin launderette. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but I got an upset stomach from breakfast on the last day. It was a good stay overall except for breakfast on the last day.

The bell person waa very helpful. As I was attending the conference in the Queen Sirikit Convention Center, it was very convenient.

Ok. So first of all the positives. This is a very good hotel and quite modern and both interior and exterior. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Short travel to some great areas in BKK. On the negative side I have to mention one thing though. Even after repeatable messages to hotel staff I received no explanation for why I did not receive an upgrade to the room I ordered. I’m a gold member and as such the hotel is supposed to offer upgrade if available. And I checked. It was rooms available. The hotel kept telling me that the only vip benefit is 20% on a allready super overpriced limousine service to airport. But hotels.com clearly state that an upgrade should be offered and also they should ask whether I need early check in /out. This should be included in price. Neither of those were offered.

The location is very convenience and accessible to all major shopping location but is near to the wet market so sometimes at night the smell is quite bad.

Super convenient location, next to Queen Sirikit MRT, Queen Sirikit Convention Center where you can grab some coffee, small bites or attend some variety of trades fairs happening. Staff are helpful. Also, love the CNY raffle idea.

Very convenient as it is really close to MRT station. The staff is friendly too.

Hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Queen Sirikit MRT station. Staff were great and helpful in assisting to get us a taxi from the roadside so we could wait in comfort at the lobby. Only pity was that i requested for a room upgrade with my VIP gold status, both times i was told no rooms were available as they were fully booked (but it is obviously not the case as there were still better rooms available on booking the sites.
