Love it!

We really enjoyed the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet had western and Asian options. The pool was beautiful. We made use of the shuttle to the beach and to the ancient town area. It was about a 10-15 min walk to ancient town. We visited in the heat of July so the shuttle was appreciated. We used the hotel spa for pedicures, they were very reasonably priced but had quite limited options for nail polish colour. My pedicure was okay, the lady doing my daughter rushed and did not do a great job and the colour was chipped within the hour. We have already recommended the hotel to our friends who plan to visit the area in a few months.

This was our second time staying at Lasenta, with our previous visit being back in 2019. Everything was exactly as we remembered. Great rooms, great facilities, beautiful pool area with plenty of sunshine and of course amazing staff. A big thanks to Summer, James and Rita for their excellent service around reception too. Very welcoming!

The room and balcony were clean and comfortable. The pool was great, amazing view. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The staff, Sarah, Summer, John and the rest were brilliant, friendly and helpful, with a hint of humor, fabulous staff. Definitely stay here again when we visit Hoi An in the future.

By far the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam within this price range.Staff was super nice (ex: summer and Leo), excellent breakfast with local and continental choices , view on the rice field outstanding, felt so pampered. Room with city view had a balcony, which was nice to relax on. Walking distance to the center of haoin and good restaurants nearby. Very relaxing, almost resort feel.

Lasenta absolutely blew our minds. What a gorgeous place to stay with the most beautiful views over the rice fields! The rooms were immacualte, big and very tidy! Small balconies but perfect for us. The staff were always so kind to us and our children, always welcoming us with big smiles. The pool was amazing too and we loved spending time here. Only downfall to the pool was it was very hot to sit there with very little shade available but that certainly didnt ruin our stay. We wished we could have stayed longer and highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Great Stay

We had a lovely stay at lasenta. The room is spacious. Separate bathroom and shower. It's about 1.5km from old town so not much nearby and we enjoyed the peace and quite. They do have shuttle service to drop guests off at old town or the beach

Very nice place and we loved the pool

This property is beautiful very clean and well looked after. The downfall is the location is a bit of a walk to Hoi old square and the hotel does offer a shuttle but it’s not frequently enough to either the old square or the beach. Would highly recommend they had some additional daily services.

Great hotel in fantastic location within easy walk of old Hoi A town or a bike ride around the rice fields. Great decor, staff and price.

Great location. Good walk to market area with lots to look at on the way. Pool was fantastic as was the room we stayed in. What a great view over the rice paddies looking towards Da Nang. Well worth it.

Extremely helpful staff warm, caring atmosphere

Very nice and clean boutique hotel. Not walkable but you can easily get an electric tuk tuk or taxi to go to the Old Quarter.

Execelent service, and amenities, good breakfast and service

Not to far from town if you don’t mind the heat (15 min slow walk). But they do have a free bus to town and back 4times a day. Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Would recommend . Bring bug spray as near rice fields got bitten quite a bit But nothing to do with hotel. We had a great stay.

We would have no reservation in recommending this hotel to anyone. It is excellent in every way. The staff without exception were very welcoming, smiley and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble The hotel shuttle was a good feature, and the hotel has an agreement with one of the beach bars to provide it's clients with sunbeds and parasols (free of charge). The hotel loans out Beach towels if you haven't got your own. We stayed at the hotel for a week and used the hotel's bikes to go cycling through the paddy fields and countryside . Which we did on two mornings The restaurant and the food were excellent and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. If we ever return to Hoi An (which we think is a must see destination), we shall definitely stay at the Lasenta Hotel

A very nice and well appointed place to stay just a little way out of old town. Friendly staff and rooms are wonderful.

We stayed at Lasenta Boutique Hotel 7 years ago during our honeymoon trip to Hoi An. We've enjoyed it so much that this time around, we returned with our 2 children. Greeted us at the lobby was the same receptionist (Ann) from our previous trip!!! Our room was clean and had great view (half city half rice field), breakfast was included and delicious. Enjoy free shuttle to the ancient town and the beach. I highly recommend booking car rides with the hotel for airport pickup/drop-off in advance, as well as for other destinations you might have such as Ba Na Hills. All of the staffs were kind and professional. Thanks Lasenta team for being part of our memorable vacation :)

Everything was amazing!

Close proximity to local food area and walkable to Old town.

Check-in was very easy, reception staff was really nice and helpful. The services in this hotel are great. We didn't have our room service for 2 nights we stayed here but when we requested for towels, water and soap, they were delivered very quickly. The restaurant served Vietnamese cuisine but they are not to our liking. Overall stay can be considered good and comfortable as the room is very spacious.

Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours above us. Perhaps putting felt pads on the furniture would reduce the noise

Beautiful view and very convenient. The staff doesn’t over impose but is there for anything you need . Housekeeping was perfect , room was kept polished daily .
