We loved staying here. The breakfasts were amazing, the staff at the front desk were helpful and our room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We asked the staff to line up a driver for us and used him for 3 days. He was great and got us places so easily, all the while being an excellent guide. We also had laundry done at hotel and it was ready in a few hours. Most importantly , we were made to feel welcome. I’m so glad we stayed here!

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms with balcony are spacious and good for 2 persons. The location is not as touristy as it is in El Poblado, but its a nice location to stay. The breakfast was also good with fresh fruit, serials and different options the kitchen can make for you.

IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY JUST WHEN WE ARRIVED OUR BED WAS DIRTY, WENT TO RECEPTION AND THEY CHANGE EVERYTHING, BUT I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AFTER THAT, PLACE IS NICE AND GOOD LOCATION, JUST THAT INCONVENIENCE.

Its a very nice hotel. Centralized, close everything. Good neighborhood.

Great hotel in a great little quiet neighborhood with a friendly and bilingual staff. It's a short walk to the mall, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Greatly appreciated my stay at Terra Biohotel. Located in a quiet place, this hotel is much more that expected. The room was clean, nice showers and very nice. For the price, it is well worth your money. Carlos, at the reception, was super nice and very helpful.

I loved the hotel, the staff are friendly, there’s a nice atmosphere right through the hotel from the cleaning staff, to the kitchen and the front desk. The area is safe and close to Park Del Rio, and the mall and restaurants are close by. I I have stayed twice on my trip for multiple days and they never let me down. I highly recommend.

Stayed 2 weeks. It was a great experience. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood (Laureles), near Unicentro, restaurants and sites of interest. Hotel is well-equipped: restaurant, AC, hot water. Service is excellent, both at the lobby and restaurant. Meals are also very good. They can also arrange for tours (3rd party). I want to congratulate the hotel and thank all staff, especially Ana, Christopher, Natalia and Yised.

We had a great stay. Except we were changed for another room price for having an extra person. We ere never told that.

Very nice hotel room n quiet residential neighborhood. Staff are wonderful, free breakfast was great and the room was comfortable but basic (great shower!). A bit of a walk to Metro, with a block or two of not so great area. Room with a balcony was worth it, not for the view but for the bird-watching. Recommend

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is clean and in a great location.

We upgraded because the first room was too small to what we experienced in Bogotá’s Hotel . The upgrade was the game changer —- Jacuzzi , Balcony , Panoramic View , and a big space room. Totally Recommend the 9th floor . It cost us only $60

Beautiful hotel with wonderful desk staff. Bed was comfortable, hot water shower, close to cafes and grocery stores. Lovely, safe neighborhood.

This hotel was close to many things from restaurants to malls, grocery stores and some entertainment. Staff starting from the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and all around the hotel were the nicest and most professional people. If you look for a good hearty breakfast then this is your hotel. They do emphasize a “go green” environment therefore expect to find real plants all over the hotel. Walks around the neighborhood were very nice as the area is very tranquil. Also if interested in excursions they can help with reservations. Special shoutout to the awesome front desk staff!! Y’all were so attentive and super helpful since the day we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel! The view from the balcony was amazing to wake up to every morning! They always cleaned the room well everyday and left things neat. The staff was always helpful and knowledgeable and we always enjoyed the breakfast! The staff was patient with me because I don’t speak much Spanish and I’m grateful on how attentive they were. Very nice stay! Would highly recommend!
